Our overall experience was great. So many things within walking distance. The property was clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be to have an extra set or two of bath towels. Would stay again

Had a great stay! Beautiful city view, spacious unit, warm, quiet, clean and super comfortable! Got to Loved walking down the block to see live music at Zola, and enjoyed breakfast downstairs at the Pancake House before we departed. Can't wait to stay again soon!

My family and I were in Spokane for a concert. This unit was conveniently located downtown within walking distance of the venue as well as other restaurants and points of interest. I would highly recommend looking at parking your car at the Parkade. They have great rates that were not affected by the fact that there was a concert in town.

The apartment is good size, clean and the beds comfortable. Wish there was on-site parking, but parking is free at meters after 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, or you can park at the Davenport parking garage across the street for a price.

The apartment was great! Very comfy, quiet and clean space. We had our two young kids and found it very suitable for our needs. Very close proximity to good food and entertainment.

My family and I had a great stay and would stay here again. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and apartment were spacious and well equipped. The host communicated well throughout the process. The parking can be a little challenging, but manageable. Thank you! McMullen family

The apt is perfect if you need to be close to the convention center, river or even Gonzaga! Lots of good options nearby. Beds were very comfortable. Bright, spacious unit perfect for 2 couples! We had some problem getting out entry code, but they turned out be a fairly minor thing.

A fun location, all the amenities, responsive host. This was my second time staying at the property and we will be back again.

Great Place, Easy Access

The property was very nice and clean. It was in a great proximity to downtown businesses and venues. The beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a bathroom for each couple and the kitchen was nicely stocked!

We loved the central location, close to all the restaurants and shopping. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen. It was so much nicer than staying in a cramped hotel room. The only aspect to consider is that you will have to pay for parking (we did the overnight parking at the Davenport Grand), so there is a hidden cost there. But all in all, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be booking again.

Great communication and location. Check-in process was a bit funky requiring additional security deposit and ID/Photo verification outside of VRBO which was cumbersome.

Spokane Loft!!

My girlfriends and I stayed in this super clean, beautiful downtown loft apartment for the weekend. It was perfect! Spacious, well-appointed, safe and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!!

The place was clean. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare a breakfast. The host was very responsive to all questions. We weren’t able to park at The Grand as our car was too high so parking was difficult requiring moving car often to lots or street. We were there on a weekend so it was noisy in the evening. Walking distance to a lot in the Downtown.

Great location! Good size for a family of 4.

We stayed for two nights on a family road trip around Washington. It was perfectly located near Riverfront Park and lots of good restaurants and activities in downtown. The loft was super clean and comfortable with a lot of space for our family. Jake was quick to respond to any messages and offered to help if anything came up (nothing did though, everything was great and exactly as advertised). 10/10 would stay again.
