The space
Spread across three levels, SEA-esta offers plenty of room to relax, play, and gather together. This inviting 6‑bedroom, 4 full bathrooms, 4 half bathrooms home accommodating up to 12 guests—perfect for family escapes or group gatherings.
Lower Level:
-Rec room with foosball, wet bar, and TV
-Bedroom with queen bed
-Bedroom with pyramid bunk
-Shared full bathroom
-Access to pool area + laundry (washer/dryer)
-Powder room
Mid-Level:
-Queen bedroom + pyramid bunk room (shared full bath)
-Cozy living area with wet bar & access to sun deck
-Hammock, picnic table & outdoor seating
-King master bedroom + powder room
Upper Level:
- Bright great room with flat-screen Roku TV
- Open dining area (seats 10) + bar seating (4 stools)
