MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.
Come stay in our beautiful townhome that features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms open kitchen. Veranda with access to the condo barbecue and swimming pool
Our home is very well located in Lake Berkley Resort.
Ground Floor
The living room is open and spacious with a 2 sofas to relax and enjoy the 50 inch ROKU Smart TV.
Dining table seats 6 and another four at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.
This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.
Second floor
Master Suite - Queen size bed, veranda and 42 inch ROKU SMART TV.
2 Bedroom - Queen size bed.
3 Bedroom - 2 Twin.
