Golf, restaurants, shopping are close by. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are about a 15-20 minute drive. At Sun Palm Disney Villa, you will feel like you are in the middle of it all, yet when you return to the villa after a long day of fun and sun, you can enjoy your own relaxing pool and spa. A beautiful sunset. A glass of wine on the deck. Sometimes, you will even see hot air balloons flying overhead! The private conservation view is fairly rare in the Disney area. You will not be bothered by any rear neighbors or be staring at a wall while you are enjoying the pool and spa. If you feel like venturing out, Florida's world-class beaches are also a short drive away (about 1 hour). Theme parks, water parks, golf courses, restaurants and MORE! Windsor Palms Resort: Consistently one of the top-ranked resort communities near Disney on popular travel sites, Windsor Palms is a 24-hour guard gated community that includes a distinctive 7,500 sq. ft. clubhouse that features a huge and luxurious community pool with sun deck and hot tub. Also included are a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a children’s playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, video arcade, Nintendo Wii suite, ping pong, and billiard tables. Guests can also rent bikes from the bike shop, Tandem bikes, located in the clubhouse for a nominal fee. The clubhouse has a 58 seat movie theater, where movies are shown free of charge to guests, business center and Wi-Fi hot spot. There is also a sundry shop for last minute supplies.

Loved the pool!! Enjoyed the jacuzzi numerous times as well. Fully stocked house with all your needs for a stay here. Host was welcoming and very informative! Would definitely come back!

We definitely will be booking this home again at Windsor Palms. This property was a home away from home, clean, all the supplies you needed in the kitchen lots of towels for the pool. The only negative I have about this home is the tub in the front bathroom needs to be refurbished but there are two other bathrooms in the home so that wasn’t even an issue. Thank you to the host for being so attentive.

This house was everything I hope a vacation home would be. Every detail and amenity was thought of. The crib, baby monitors, kitchen essentials and everything else was wonderful. The owner was very responsive when I had a question.

Everything was great except a couple beds need to be replaced. Some of the signage in the house was outdated and caused unnecessary stress on us trying to comply when the instructions were inaccurate. Otherwise, the decor was charming, the four bedrooms and three baths were enjoyed, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location superb. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect Family House

This was a great place to stay there were 4 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 1 and 11. There was planty of space and the piol and hottub were great.

Great location and perfect for our family

The property was well maintained and laid out perfectly for our family. The kids had a fantastic time and we’re over the moon about the pool. The owner was fantastic and kept in touch throughout the stay for anything we needed.

A wonderful, relaxing stay

We enjoyed most everything about this villa, especially the pool/hottub with the beautiful view out back. The owner was very responsive to some issues that arose. We expect to be back here again!

Relaxing and Fun Stay Near Disney

We had a wonderful time at the property. The beds are comfortable, it’s clean, lots of fun things for the kids to do. We felt safe. It’s near Disney and the pool was great! Highly recommend.

Love the pool!

Great home in quiet neighborhood. It was so nice to return here at night after a long day at Disney. My family loved staying in this beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Owner was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family spot. Great proximity to Disney.

Stayed at this property for 7 nights, while vacationing with family at Disney. House is in a great location relative to Disney and close to other major highways that provide access to the east and west coasts. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again on a return trip.

Definitely family friendly!

We have always loved Disney but always hated the impersonal feel of staying in the big corporate hotels. Not to mention the costs that added up for our group after booking a few rooms, parks, and going out for meals 3 times a day every day. We thought there had to be a better more cost effective way to have our group come visit together more then once every few years.We stayed in a VR during a 2 week family trip to Disney in December of 2015. We were able to rent a beautiful home that was able to fit my family, my parents, and inlaws comfortably at a fraction of the cost of a hotel room. We stayed for two weeks in a huge and beautiful house for about what you would spend for 3 to 4 nights at one of those corporate resorts. Also we were able to cook meals when we wanted and occasionally go out to eat if we felt like it. That experience changed my parents and my thinking of what a great family vacation could be. We purchased this home to be able to bring that same experience to other families who want something more from their Disney vacation without having to pay more. We hope that you love our home as much as we do and enjoy everything this wonderful area has to offer!
