The space
Gorgeous 6 bedroom 5 bath with a loft

Guest access
This large gorgeous 6 bedroom 5 bath house is all yours. It has 3 levels the top being a loft area with 2 Queen size beds. The kitchen is recently updated with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. There are two dining tables that can sit 16 people in total at a time. Each living room has a 50 inch or larger smart TV with Roku. Game room has a pool table, arcade games and multiple board games. Lastly, you have access to the seasonal community pool.

Other things to note
22 person count DOES include the 2 pull out sleeper couches. Otherwise the cabin can sleep 16 without any pull out sofas.

Each fireplace is electric.

You will receive a smart-lock entry code to the guest on check-in day for the front entrance.

After the rental agreement is signed and the deposit is scheduled, you will receive a message with check-in details 72 days before your arrival.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

QUIET TIME 11:00 PM

The cabin is in the woods and so you may see bears however they are rare. The cabin is sprayed monthly for insects however there's a chance you still may see some in the cabin since it's located in the woods.

A starter set of soaps, shampoos, toiletries, and coffee are provided.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway. The host’s hospitality was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. You could tell they truly cared about making sure we had a great experience. We made so many wonderful memories and would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

We had amazing time with our kids and grandkids 18 of us all had plenty of room and beds were comfortable we definitely will book again met all our needs and close to everything

We booked this cabin for a family get together of 19 people! There was enough beds for everyone! Super close to places like Dollywood only a 10 minute drive to town if even that! But yet still felt very private and secluded overlooking the woods. If we needed anything the host got back to us very quickly! The only downside is the refrigerator is very small for a large group and they didn't have any large pots or pans. There was like five small frying pans the only one larger size so cooking breakfast had to be done in stages. But they do provide a crock pot which is fantastic to put stuff in before going to Dollywood for the day! This is a great place to stay and it is super clean! We had a wonderful time!

The cabin was spacious and provided comfortable beds. The living area was big and provided entertainment space for our group of 15. We had an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property.

Very clean, very large, but you need to bring all the consumables for a long stay. Trash bags, tiolet paper, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, condiments, etc,. Parking is good for at least 4 large vehicles but it's all quite sloped. Far enough from the main strip to be peaceful. Will stay again if in the area

Our group of 16 really enjoyed our stay! The host checked in several times to make sure we had what we needed and the cabin was very clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the video games and the hot tub, and the balcony was a nice, relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

The house was nice and cozy. The host was very nice and attentive. 2 TVs on the 2nd level did not work properly and the shower curtains and shower head had mold but other than that, everything was really nice

Hi Nita, We're sorry your place was not a 5 star experience. Since then, we have troubleshooted the TV's and confirmed that there was no mold in the bathrooms.

The cabin felt very clean and roomy. We had great communication with the owner, and he was quick to respond to our needs. Easy to find, easy to check in, easy to check out, and what an awesome location. Lots of games, TVs, comfy beds, hot clean jacuzzi, and everyone in the family had fun. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to come back ASAP.

While the location is convenient and the spaces were generally accurately described, we had issues with water leaking during rain, and mold. There were some pieces of furniture and other items listed that were missing. There were also issues with the fans and HVAC system. It was 100 degrees while we were there, so that was not ideal.

We're sorry your stay was not a 10/10. It was exceptionally hot and humid which effected the HVAC units. Its been fixed and areas of growth because of the humidity has been taken care of.
