Turn-key waterfront condominium in secure well kept property with all amenities; swimming pool , jacuzzi, tennis court , restaurant , free wireless internet and cable TV, and steps to the beach. Enjoy your very own Balcony overlooking the Beach with beautiful sunsets every evening! One main bedroom (Queen Size Bed) with additional sleeping capacity in living room with a pull out sofa. The exterior storage unit is equipped with all your relaxing and fun beach day necessities; umbrellas, beach chairs, beach caddy, coolers, noodles and blankets.
Unit is on the 9th Floor in the Apollo Building.
Sunset Grille (Bar & Grille) is located attached to The Apollo on the 1st floor.
THERE IS A $45.00 TOTAL PARKING FEE FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. PAYABLE TO FRONT DESK ON ARRIVAL.

Location was excellent. View of the beach was amazing. Host was responsive and was very friendly. Apartment was clean and well stocked with dishes, beach supplies, linens and towels.

We’ve been to Marco Island multiple times and stayed at a few of the different resort hotels. If luxury is what you’re looking for this may not be the spot for you. The property is basic and was a bit dated (both the building and the unit), but it did have everything we needed for our stay. It was a bit tight for 3 people, but would be just fine for a couple. It was convenient for spending days on the beach and is close to dining options. We would put it into consideration for the next time we visit the area.

I was surprised how clean bathroom and kitchen was.The beach was fantastic, we had an amazing time, will definitely will book again for next year.The host was very accommodating and answer questions right away.

This apartment is in a great location and in a very safe/secure building. It was very clean and had lots of kitchen supplies, beach supplies, etc. Only cons is that there is a strong smell when you come inside, almost like smoke, but it's a non-smoking building. It also would be nice to have a few extra blankets for both beds. Other than that, we loved it and would stay again.

Location was great! However, the condo itself needs a 100% make over. Carpet is horrible. Tiles are cracked. Paint the walls white and bright. Get rid of the dingy dull tan paint. Kitchen faucet and sink need replaced. Getting a king sized bed and new mattress would be excellent, huge upgrade. Furniture looks and feels several decades old. This is a great place and location. Other than the entire interior needs a complete makeover in order to get excellent ratings. If that were to happen I would definitely consider staying there again and even recommend it to friends.

Our place was just perfect for a couples get away. Had everything we needed, super clean, beautiful view, with a restaurant on the property. Pool area worked well for a wind break one day too. Mike was so easy to work with. Hope to be back soon!

The view! Absolutely gorgeous! We saw dolphins from our deck everyday. The sunsets were incredible! Communication with the owner was fantastic. The unit itself could use a lot of updating but the view makes up for it. We would definitely stay again.

Condo has a nice view. Close to the beach. However, very dated. Kitchen faucet moves when trying to turn on. Shower backs up when using shower. Carpets felt dirty so did not take sandals off at all. Bed was comfortable.

The host was very responsive! Any questions I had I got an immediate response to my question. This place had 1 million view! Sitting out on the balcony whether it was during the day or watching the sunset was awesome! The place was great! Everything was clean and in working order! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

Great location with an incredible view. The place is clean and organized. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the check-in process was super fast.
