Located in southwest Longmont, enjoy what this 3-bedroom condo has to offer. With 1 queen bed and 2 full beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property features heating and AC, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and a half bath on the main floor. This quaint and perfect rental is excellent for families or groups looking for a comfortable stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. 1st floor has a newly renovated kitchen, dining and living space. Plenty of games and toys for kids and adults. Fireplace and a half bath. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with closet space and dressers. A linen closest and full bath. 3rd floor is a private master bedroom with a walk in closet, dresser, his/hers sinks, and a large walk in shower. Free parking within the complex. A beautiful, well maintained pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, pool key included. Wifi and television with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ available. Minutes walk from a coffee shop, finer dining and a pizzeria. Less than a mile from grocery stores, shopping, and more restaurants. 20 minutes from Boulder and 10 minutes from historic downtown Longmont.

This property is cozy, and clean and is in a quiet complex. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the living room has very comfortable seating. The beds we used were also comfortable. We would stay there again.

Super clean condo equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. Location is perfect for visiting Boulder area and Rocky Mountain National Park. Host is very responsive and helpful.

This was a fabulous vacation day – highly recommend! The place is spacious enough for everyone to feel like they could gather together or get away a bit. It was also small enough that it was super cozy to just hang out in the open concept, kitchen living room, dining area with a fireplace, it was a fantastic place to be for a holiday. The accommodations were lovely. The aesthetics were beautiful. It was a very comfortable stay. The location also was great … near enough to shops if we needed to run out quick to pick something up and not too far to downtown Longmont Niwot or Boulder if you wanted to spend time out.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and in a great central location for everything we wanted to do. We spent our days exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking, and discovering the beautiful creeks and mountains nearby. After a full day of adventures, it was so nice to come back to such a cozy place to relax.One of our favorite amenities was the pool—it was just a short walk away, clean, warm, and so much fun for our kids! The beds were also incredibly comfortable...some of the best we've slept in while traveling!The hosts were fantastic. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from start to finish, and they made us feel very welcome.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this condo again the next time we're in the Longmont area. Highly recommend!

The Host was very responsive and accommodated a last minute early check in due to flight change. The unit was clean and well supplied with all the conveniences of home. We traveled as a family of 4 adults to wedding in Lyons and had plenty of room to cook meals and stretch out between events.I felt safe in the development having a short walk from parking area to the front door. It has a nice patio with a shade umbrella perfect for morning coffee and birdwatching Book it , you won’t regret it
