This condo has everything you'll need to enjoy your beach getaway. A full-size kitchen stocked with all of the basic cooking essentials, bedroom with a comfortable bed and TV, sleeper sofa, dining area and a large balcony providing you with a comfortable spot to relax and take in the gorgeous views!
Entering the condo, the one bedroom is to your right (has direct access to the main bathroom with a tub/shower combo). The living room is spacious with plenty of seating to relax after a day on the beach. Around the corner is the sleek updated kitchen. When dining in, you'll have the option of eating inside around the table for four or enjoying your meal on the balcony.
There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis and pickleball courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!
Phoenix VII is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

Condo was very clean and had everything you need. We were only there for 3 nights and the per night rate was fine but cleaning and other fees pushed the rate up to where a hotel would have been cheaper. Overall a nice visit.

Ocean visible from room. Host responds quickly to questions. Beautiful area and will stay again . Close to restaurants and activities and grocery stores

The view was spectacular. The kitchen was more than adequate but we only had coffee in the mornings. We would definitely return.

Fantastic location. Clean and well-stocked with basically anything you’d want. Good communication from hosts. Comfortable and had a spectacular view of the beach!!! We had the best week honeymooning here!

Room had updated appliances, and furniture, clean and comfortable. Pools were clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Great communication from our host. Secure parking. Unit overlooks the beach. Facility amenities were robust. Clean beaches! The unit itself was stocked with everything we needed!

5 stars all around. Great communication with the owner. Clean condo with awesome views! Toys and chairs in the closet for your enjoyment. Comfy beds. All around great trip and would stay again!!
