Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful views! We did want to clarify that the primary HVAC issue had been repaired and the system was operational prior to your arrival. A minor follow-up issue did arise during your stay, and we had someone return promptly to address and resolve it. We appreciate you bringing the Keurig and cleaning concerns to our attention. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of either issue until the end of your week-long stay. Since then, we have replaced both the Keurig and drip coffee maker with brand-new units, and the entire cabin has received a thorough professional deep cleaning, including under beds, furniture, and other areas beyond our standard turnover cleaning. We take great pride in our cabin and want every guest to have a wonderful experience. We always encourage our guests to reach out to us during their stay if anything isn’t right so that we have the opportunity to address it immediately. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re happy you were able to enjoy those beautiful mountain views!

We do clearly state in the description of the cabin that the main house is on the left and the game room/theater room/pool room is on the right. We put this in the first part of the description because we understand that seeing two homes in the picture can be a little confusing. Just to clarify, our cabin is a three-story mountain home, and both the photos and listing description highlight the stairs and steep mountain driveway so guests know what to expect before booking. While families with children stay with us regularly and enjoy the cabin, we always encourage parents to supervise young children around stairs and outdoor areas, just as they would at any multi-level home. We also provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials—including paper products, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, toiletries, and other conveniences—to help guests get settled. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed, which is standard for most vacation rentals. Finally, while we don’t provide firewood, we do note that in our listing so guests can plan accordingly if they’d like to enjoy the fire pit. Thank you again for your kind words.
