We just arrived home today after a week-long vacation at this rental. For the price of the stay, you would expect the home to be updated and clean. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.The tile floor in the kitchen was broken. The chair in the master bedroom was also broken. The furniture and rugs were dated and felt dirty. The carpet was stained and appeared to need replacing. The walls had markings all over them and were in serious need of attention.The kitchen table was broken, and the centerpiece had been leaned up against the wall. You couldn't use the kitchen fan because it made a loud noise that sounded like the bearings were going out. The front porch railing was also chipping and peeling. Additionally, the fan in the upstairs bathroom made a loud screeching noise. Overall, we were very disappointed with the condition of the home, especially considering the price we paid for our week-long stay.

Property was very nice and had plenty of space. Pool was amazing. There were 2 TVs that did not stay on but it did not bother us. There was also an issue with a shower head which was fixed timely by the company.

Great Place

Everything was great. We enjoyed the place. The only issue we had was that the check in code to get past the gate was incorrect and we could not get Southern Vacation Rentals to get us a new one. The only inconvenience we had was we had to wait no more than 10 minutes at the gate to get in since the code did not work. Other than that, it was awesome and would like to come back.
