This beautifully decorated large 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in one of the best resorts on the beach will fill up soon! Book now so you can enjoy your special time in Panama City Beach! This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for renters. Condo and balcony are smoke free.

Unit 1702 in Tower 1 on the 17th floor is a large condo that sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 kings, 2 queens, built-in twin XL bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.

The Oceanfront Master Suite has a king size bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and a wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV

The 2nd Master Suite has a king size bed, private bath and a wall mounted 32" ROKU Smart TV

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV

The 4th bedroom has built-in twin bunk beds and a wall mounted 24" flat screen TV with Blue Ray player

Living room has sleeper/sofa (sofa opens up to queen size bed), 4 side chairs, 55" wall mounted ROKU Smart TV with Blue Ray player

Dining room table and seating for 8, room for 4 more at the counter and 4 more on the patio. Most condos that sleep 12 don't have enough dining space. All 12 can eat together in this condo!

Granite countertops and stainless kitchen appliances highlight this fully equipped kitchen for all your meal prep needs.

Best Condo Ever!

The condo was amazing! The bedrooms were perfect and the kitchen/living combo was spacious for a family of 6. The extra touches of beach towels and boogie boards were great. Highly recommend this cabin.

Beautiful, spacious, beach front.

The condo was exactly as expected. The place was very kept, clean, very organized and well put together. It had everything we needed and some. The owners were great to work with. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Definitely looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Best condo we have ever stayed at!!!

I have been staying in VRBO condos in PCB since I was a teen and this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed at. It’s was super clean, and very comfortable beds but what was most impressive was how well stocked this condo was. It had EVERYTHING! An entire closet full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas etc, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, extra comfy blankets and even a cooler!! Tons of spices if you want to cook, pots and pans and even a crock pot. We were beyond impressed as we have stayed in condos that have nothing except some plates and cups and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom leaving us to purchase everything. Honestly we had the best week and Susan the owner was so sweet and responsive and kept us very well informed through how the area fared with Hurricane Helene. We will 100% stay here again!!!

Family fun inspite of hurricane Helene

This condo is better stocked with basics including a great spice rack and a closet packed with beach chairs, umbrellas and tons of sand toys. We used the large dining table not only for meals but lots of family games.

It was perfect!

This place was super clean, very nice and very easy to get along with property owner. We had 10 total on our recent stay, and had plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place with gorgeous views

This property was exactly as the pics show and more! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfy and was nice to have 3 seperate bathrooms as we had 13 total people. They have plenty of beach items to use if needed. The owners have great communication and were very prompt with responses. We had a chance to actually meet Susan, and she is a sweatheart. The location is great and a very short distance from many restaurants and attractions. The kids loved the pools and was a nice switch up from the beach. The poolside bar was a nice option to have if you wanted a frozen drink. The ladies with us enjoyed having a Starbucks on property. Overall, you cant beat this property. From great owners to overall cleanliness to location, definitely A+. of beach of beach items

Awesome for families of all ages!

This condo was perfect for our family of 11 with kids ranging in age from 2-17. The “little extras” really made this property stand out - starter kit of supplies, laundry baskets, tons of hangers, etc. Views were amazing and all facility amenities were fabulous. Communication with the owners was quick and pleasant and the check-in/out process was super quick and easy! Our first 4th of July on the beach did not disappoint! Highly recommend this unit!

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic resort. The condo was nicely decorated and had lots of beach items for us to use. The kitchen was also well stocked and the washer/dryer were great. The balcony is smaller than it appears on the site and the master is the only room that is beach front. Neither a big deal but good to know as the pictures make it a bit hard to determine. Get out to beach EARLY if you want a spot close to the water. Like 5am. But the beach is gorgeous.

Majestic Beach Resort Condi

Our stay at this condo was perfect. The beds were all very comfortable. It had everything you needed for the beach, i.e., chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids. We spent a lot of time on balcony. The view was superb and furniture was nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walks to the parking garage. We would love to return. Owners were always prompt to answer questions and were very helpful.

Great place to vacation

We had an amazing family vacation. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were some of the best we have dealt with. Would definitely recommend and would vacation in this unit again if we go back to PCB.

Great place and location

We loved our stay the condo was very clean and had everything we needed, loved the closet of beach toys and chairs so convenient. Location is close to walk to many areas beach is beautiful. We could sit on the balcony and watch dolphins most mornings! Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at the Majestic. The room looked just like the pictures. The oceanview from each patio is just breathtaking. The amenties at the Majestic were perfect for the stay. The heated indoor pool was great for the kiddos. Another Broken Egg was vey close.Would stay here again!

This was our first year for Christmas at the beach an our family enjoyed it so much. The condo is absolutely gorgeous an fulky equipped with everything you will need. We will most definitely be back.

The BIG , 60TH Daniel‘s family

First, I have to say, walking into the condo was awesome so spacious everybody felt as if they were right at home. They had spices anything you needed pots and pans in a beautiful Keurig along with the coffee pot so that you didn’t have to hunt for anything. Everything was well labeled. Cleanliness was over the top and communication with Susan and Ray. Oh my I would love to talk to them every day. If you ever decide to go to Panama City Beach Florida you have to stay on the 17th or the 16th Floow, Susie and Ray place was on the 17th floor. I loved it. The view was awesome had not it rained pretty much every day I would have love to stay two more days. but my young adult kids had to get back to work 😁 This was the place to be to enjoy your ((family. )) Thanks again we will definitely see you next year Ray and Susan y’all are awesome host , !! BLESSINGS from the Daniels family November to December2023! this will be our returning time We shall see you in 2024. ‼️🙌😝

16th Birthday!

We rented both of Ray and Susan's properties in the Majestic towers as we had a family gathering to celebrate my son turning 16! Everything was perfect! The condos were stocked with lots of helpful little touches and were clean and comfortable!

Amazing

We absolutely loved our stay at the Majestic and will be reserving this room again for next year same time. Everything was perfect and 2023 will always have a special place in my heart. My daughter was proposed to on the beach at the Majestic.
