Gorgeous New 1 bd condo - 5 Min to Branson Landing

Enjoy all Branson has to offer with a stay at our serene condo. This condo is located in a brand new 4 plex building with onsite parking. Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, and stylish space.

Location, Location! The wonderful Branson Landing, world-famous Branson 76 Strip, and Lake Taneycomo are only a quick 5-minute drive from the condo. If you like to golf we highly recommend Holiday Hills Golf Course which is a mile away. Need more space? We have a second condo right next door to this one which sleeps 4.

This bright, beautifully decorated, and brand new condo features a large bedroom with a brand new king bed and a pullout sofa that can sleep two. The bedroom has a full-size jetted tub, a large flat screen tv, and lots of room to spread out.

The great room has a comfortable l-shaped sofa which also converts into a futon, a twin over a queen bunk bed, two dining spaces, and a large well-appointed kitchen. You will be able to prepare full meals for your group in a well-lit and comfortable space. Our condo features board games and a large size tic tac toe and Connect 4 - fun for the whole crew!

- Home is professionally cleaned after each stay
- All bedding, sheets, etc. are professionally cleaned after each stay
- High frequency touch surfaces are disinfected
- Blankets are placed in plastic bags to indicate they have been cleaned/washed
- All surfaces, floors, and handles are wiped down and sanitized after each stay

We are happy to accept one small dog with prior approval. We have a $75 pet fee per stay.

We are located about 5 minutes from the middle of the Branson “strip” so that you have easy/quick access to all of the shows, entertainment (go-karts, bumper boats), outlet malls, and restaurants. We're only about 25 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City which you will certainly want to visit during your stay.

Enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer -you can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes. You can also enjoy Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake which has a beautiful and clean beach & large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. You have full use of the entire condo which includes a full kitchen, a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a private bedroom.

There are interior hall stairs to this condo. There is only one other unit on this level and no living space below the condo so you will enjoy comfort and quiet while on vacation.

Parking is directly next to the condo building.

This home has a standard hot water heater. If you run out of hot water, please wait 30 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers, etc.

Our unit features a high efficiency washer and dryer combo unit - no need to hit the laundromat or carry dirty clothes home.
