This cottage was exactly as described and Maria could not have been more accommodating. We needed a place for a wedding that wrapped a weekend (ie not a Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun requirement) and Maria permitted it. Would definitely rent again.

Quiet, peaceful area. Walking distance to beach. Not ideal for toddlers who need a bathroom. None available. Did not know in advance. Well stocked kitchen. Master room had a comfortable bed. Love that there’s an outdoor shower. Three tvs- Wow! Like the patio minus the flora which falls on the furniture and gets in way of seated people.Well stocked games. AC available in all rooms ; however extremely noisy.

Nice and comfortable cottage with everything we needed. Wonderful location. Walking distance to a small private beach and several restaurants. I would love to stay here again.

Check in was smooth and easy. Place was as advertised, location was supreme - access to private beach, cam Cronin beach, beautiful views nearby, close to many other public beaches, kids were very happy staying here.

What a great little cottage! Had everything we needed and more. Maria was absolutely wonderful to work with and more than gracious to accommodate our early arrival!

Property is located in a great spot. There are plenty of actives to do walking distance. When you need them, the grocery store and restaurants are 10-15 min drive. Great place for a family get away. The host was very responsive to my questions. 10/10 would use again.

Wonderful visit and beach experience. Location of cottage is amazing and is just a 2 minute walk to the gorgeous private beach. The cottage is small, but accommodates well. I wouldn’t recommend more than a family of 5 as it will get a little tight, especially with one small bathroom.

The host was very nice and all communications were clear and prompt. My friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend exploring Narraganset and Block Island. The scenery is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. The cottage had everything we needed and was wonderful to return to after a day of exploring.

Visit home to RI

Amazing. We really enjoyed being footsteps from the beach and having coffee and meals on the front porch. An experience my kids won’t forget and we hope to be back sometime!! The cabin worked well for us and we LOVED the decor—so cute. Thank you.

Had a lovely time in Point Judith at the cottage. The location is excellent - walking distance from a beautiful beach made it very convenient for us to travel with our 1 year old. Nearby restaurants (get the Johnny Cakes at Oatley's!) offer similar fare so be sure to enjoy the fresh seafood. The AC units could use a deep, deep clean. Additionally, some items aren't included with the stay (shampoo, beach towels) that would push me to 5 stars from 4. Not a bad stay by any measure - but small touches would make a difference.

We had a fine time; private beach is 1 minute walk and the outdoor shower is fantastic, great location which is the hilight of this property, but the host needs to update the listing, which she acknowledged once we were getting close to the trip, got the check in, and questioned details. The photos are confusing and misleading, the location when you “explore the property” shows the property right near the water (it is in the village above Shore Road) and that bed is not a queen bed, it is a full. I would not have booked a full bed as my wife and I are tall and not small people. My feet were hanging off the bed and there just was not enough room for the two of us. There is also no such thing as a “full/queen” as she tried to explain to me later. A full is 54x75 and a queen is 60x80 - that is a SIGNIFICANT and disappointing difference. Even if we wanted to use the pullout couch, we would have to completely rearrange the living room and put the loveseat in the kitchen to use the pullout. Another point, the grill is in horrible shape. I don’t know if she’s checked it lately, but the grill grates are corroded, rusty and splitting - not functional, safe, or healthy. We brought food intending to grill, but that didn’t happen for us.Had we known these disappointing discrepancies, we would have looked elsewhere.
