Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Come see some of the most beautiful views in Southern Utah! There are tons of hiking/biking trails all within a short driving distance. To mention a few, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and many more to explore! This home includes 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2 sofas to accommodate 10 guests.

This place was clean and quiet, although it is a condo with stairs shared walls. There is no usuable outside space. The beds were comfortable but on the softer side. They use microfiber sheets (not cotton). The MBR and bath are large.

This was the perfect stay for my girlfriends and I. It was a great and affordable spot between the national parks and we still got the creature comforts of home! Highly recommend!

Smooth check-in, good communication, and easy to access. The rating wasn’t higher because the bunk beds metal frame was very noisy especially if you’re a light to moderate sleeper. Also, the listing stated the unit could sleep 10, but there was only room to sleep eight.

Better than expected

The property was so much better than expected. We were very happy with our stay there and will be booking again next year. The added touch was the garage walls, where other vacationers left their experience.experience

Utah National Parks Vacation

This property was wonderful! We found it convenient, and clean, comfortable, and quiet, a great place to relax between visiting Utah’s beautiful sites. The host was very helpful as well.

Ceder City Visit/SUU

Are trip and stay was to delivery our daughter to SUU. The property was well maintained and appointed. I greatly appreciate the cleanliness of the property. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The complementary wine was a nice touch and appreciated. The property manager was quick to respond to any inquiry. We'll certainly consider this property again.
