Part of the newest upscale development in Cedar City. Minutes away from shopping, eating, SUU college, and the Cedar City Temple. Only 40 min away from the Brian Head ski resort, and 1 hr from Zion's National Park for summer and winter fun. Enjoy the Shakespeare festival this summer! HEADS UP: This house is currently on the market and is subject to showings during your stay. Although we try our best to schedule them when the home is not occupied we cannot guarantee that.

The Townie is a spacious, well-equipped rental that was perfect for our visit to the Utah Shakespeare Festival. The beds are comfortable, and access to everything is nearby (though a car is necessary, most everything is minutes away). Great place!

Check in and out was smooth and the townhouse was exactly as advertised. We had a few issues, but the host was responsive, although the issues were not fixed during our stay, I am hopeful they will be before the next guest stay

We were surprised at how nice this place was! High ceilings on both floors. Large doors. Nice trim. Gosh, if I was buying this place it feels like it has a lot of upgrades, not your bare bones cheap basic builder grade type of place. I would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful property, I loved everything about it. The neighborhood is stunning and we all felt very comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this home.

Loved the house! Quiet neighborhood, safe and plenty to do in and around the area! Was a good central location for major National and some amazing State Parks! Mya was very responsive leading up to our trip! The kids missed the house for sure as we continued on in our travels into hotels! Haha. Plan to come to back and hope to stay here again! Happy Easter!

This was SUCH a gorgeous, luxurious, lovely brand new townhome. Shelby was so gracious and responsive as a host, and we just can't say enough fabulous things about our stay in Cedar City. We will absolutely be returning, and this place is an absolute gem in every way possible!

Property is new in a neighborhood that seems very new and pretty quiet. Everything was clean. Having a pet was convenient. We ate at a nice place in town overall the good experience.

We stayed two nights in preparation for dropping my son off at Southern Utah University and this is an amazing townhome. It is in a great neighborhood and it is as clean as a whistle.
