Beautiful ckean home with an amazing view . Very spacious and comfortable with everything you can think of that you might need. The host is readily available by text for any communication. Nice private access to beach with wooden steps with landings and rails. We never made it to the beach but this was a girls trip and I told them they have one year to get in shape to see the tide pools. We come to the beach every year for a girls trip and this is our new favorite house . We are coming back next year

We had a lovely time on our vacation at Belle Rive. Checkin was smooth and the place was very clean. we love the access to the beach and our dog loved it! We would definitely recommend staying here

The Belle Rive is hands down the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The home was more than we expected and Marty's communication was beyond fantastic. We had 5 teenage boys who just graduated high school and two 13 year old girls....but we wouldn't have known it. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and great spaces to gather and visit. The house was stocked with more than we could have imagined. The robes were a nice touch! The hot tub was amazing and if you don't try the foot massager you're missing out! If we are ever in the area again this will be the first place I check for availability!

This is our third time staying here and we keep coming back for the location and the ocean view. We really appreciated the coziness and warmth of the fireplace during the many storms during our stay. We also appreciated how communicative the host was with us while we experienced a power outage.

Perfect family getaway

We loved our stay at Belle Rive! Highlights were the wonderful view and beach access, large enough dining area for our whole family, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking accessories, and large bedrooms with bathrooms. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. We hope to stay here again!

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations for a vacation rental, including a million-dollar view from just about every room in the house. Very, very clean with lots of extra's provided in this big beautiful home, including a second large refrigerator (a bonus). This home is very spacious and even large gatherings you do not feel crowded, including the outdoor space. Relaxation sets in immediately listening to the waves from the house, or you can get a closer view with private beach access from this home. The host was terrific and was quick to respond with any questions that I had. A short distance to town is a plus and makes this place the perfect vacation rental. We will definitely be making this home our annual beach vacation place. Rain or shine, we loved everything about this relaxing home.

Family vacation

Wonderful house with a lot of space and a beautful view of the ocean. The layout of the house and its private access to the beach was perfect for us. Marty was an excellent host and communicated with us during our entire stay.

Family getaway to the beach

Loved everything! House is fully equipped and wonderful views. Couldn’t have come up with a want in this house. Fantastic massage adjustable bed! Slept like a baby!

Absolutely Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed and more- so many nice touches. Beds and pillows were comfy. Beach access was great. Not a single complaint. Everything was just lovely! Thank you!!!

Perfect for our family get-together

The Belle Rive is so beautiful and was perfect for our family get-together. The kitchen is well-appointed to make meal prep easy for the family. The leather recliners, blankets, and foot massagers make it extra cozy to watch the ocean waves from the living room. Beds are very comfortable too. Easy beach access for everyone to enjoy a stroll. We will stay again!

Everything we needed and more!

Communication with Marty is best-in-class. We appreciated her letting us know when the property was available for check-in. Belle Rive checks all the boxes. It has ample space everywhere (bedrooms, living room seating, dining seating (indoors and out). Stunning views, beach access, closeness to amazing tide pools are a real plus. Backyard patio amenities are exceptional.

Amazing!

The house was beautiful and clean upon arrival. Marty was great to work with throughout the entire process from booking to checkout. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing time with an amazing view of the ocean!

Our 50th Anniversary With Our Family

The Belle Rive was such a beautiful place to stay with our family for much needed time together. The view was fabulous and the property had everything that everyone needed. Marty was great and easy to get a hold of. A great time was had by all, adults, kids and dogs. We would totally recommend the Belle Rive!

Belle Rive is a beautiful home with million dollar ocean views. It has an amazing kitchen that is extremely well stocked with quality dinnerware, table ware and every spice you can imagine. It was a joy to cook in and gather around the island. There are very thoughtful amenities throughout the house. There is a stairway to the beach that can be challenging for some but it is just a short few blocks walk to easy beach access. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had and were very welcoming. We will be back in better weather so we can enjoy the amazing patio and hot tub (which is covered). Without a doubt the best VRBO rental we have ever experienced.

We loved Belle Rive

This house is amazing! Read all the details in the binder, because there was stuff we missed out on. But it was amazing! Such a good host, easy to text with issues, check-in/check-out was so easy, an awesome stay.

Girlfriend Getaway

We had the most fabulous girlfriend getaway. Marty was awesome at fulfilling all our needs. We had the most enjoyable relaxing week, watching the waves, walking on the beach, soaking in the hot tub. We totally unplugged and just visited with each other and played a few card games. Thanks Marty our stay was just what we all needed. I would love to come back again for another stay.
