Great option for my wife and two dogs. Everthing was as good or better than expected. Our only issue was with the dish washer; I think the electronic panel may be going out .The beach is beautiful. We were blessed with great weather. The area of the rental is very pretty and well maintained. Definitely a dog friendly area. Will recommend to friends.

Hot Tub needed filling to cover all jets, chemicals way to strong left a rash on my 7 yr old grandchild, made her mothers skin itchy so she got out! You need better cleaning supplies the degreaser bottle would not spray, vacuum was full of hair on brushes--I cleaned that off--upgrade that thing. We loved the home, view, and everything else. But with all the sand you bring in a better vacuum would help the guests.

Everything was as advertised. Place was smaller than expected. Spa was warm & ready to enjoy witch was nice but the furniture was dirty. Not something you wanted to sit on after a relaxing hot tub.

This Beach Front space was perfect for our family of 4 and we look forward to staying again. The host had great communication, the view was incredible. The hot tub was clean and the space has everything you need for a stay at the beach.

Nice property. Cleaning crew was still there at check in so we ate and went back. As soon as we accessed the property I got to do chores. I folded sheets left in the dryer, cleaned out a dirty coffee maker, picked up trash under furniture, unloaded the dishwasher and couldn’t find proper pillow cases so we slept on someone else’s drool, hair and lord knows what else. Did NOT appreciate doing housework as soon as we got there like would do at home. As a side note: we left the property pristine with the washer going and the dishwasher washing. Just left sheets, vacuuming and bathrooms to be cleaned. For the amount we paid, my cleaning after someone else should not have happened

Excellent communication from the host. Super smooth check in process. Great location, property was as advertised. Lots of spare towels, clean linens, clean kitchen. Beautiful ocean views with a hot tub to view it from! Definitely would stay here again and would recommend.

Perfect location

We very much enjoyed the beautiful weekend at this location. Sweeping views of the ocean, while hot tubbing and cozy condo style living made a great little vacation.

The whole place smelled of dog urine. Plus, the floors were dirty. Turned on the oven and it smoked us out even with all the doors and windows opened like when you cleaned your oven but didn't let the oven finish the last part. So bad! Hosts were nice and left a bottle of wine. Needs some attention though. Oh and coffee maker was dirty too. Geez. Beach view great but hard to access for ADA and so was the house. Lots of stairs. Thankful my aduly son could help with my Aunt and Uncle. Lastly, says nit to park trucks, hmmmmmmm there were 3 others but I could not drive mine. Weird for the same management company to allow some and not others. Not great for a dog stay. Yard is very uneven when picking up poop. Hot tub, both bathrooms.and laundry were nice. Kitchen had enough cooking utensils and pans. Windows didn't have screens so that was a bummer for flies and moths getting in. Small place.

We are so impressed with this property! We have rented many places through the years, but never have we had every need anticipated as well as here. Often, single starting supplies are provided, but only minimals. We have had to go buy items for short stays that were way more than were needed. But here there paper towels, garbage bags, extra TP, dish soap and dishwasher soap, even laundry soap and dryer sheets! Often rentals provide one towel per guest and one kitchen towel, but here were extra towels, extra kitchen towels, even beach towels! There was coffee, coffee filters, spices, even plastic wrap and foil for our use! I am beyond please with these arrangements. The rental itself was beautiful, spotless, the beds comfortable, and the views amazing. I cannot complement the management company highly enough for the exceptional care they take of this property! Thank you!
