The Magnolia Beach House is a 100 year old home that has all the charm of the south with a relaxed beach feel. The house has many comforts from taking a bath in the original claw foot tub to enjoying the evening breeze on one of the two porch swings.

There are tons of fun things to do in the neighborhood:
* Island View Casino is just across the street.
* The beach is just 2 blocks away.
* Marina has excursions to Ship Island and Fort Massachusetts, 1 mile away.
* Nearby are several splash pads for kids provided and maintained by the city for FREE fun.
* 3/4 mile away from historic downtown with loads of residents, night life, brewery. Transportation is needed.
* Jones Park has many events throughout the year for live entertainment.
* Mississippi Aquarium is 1 mile away.

Great Summertime Finale

My wife, myself and our 3 grandkids had a great stay at your Magnolia Beach House. The location was just minutes from the beach and nice restaurants. The house was very clean, spacious, very well kept, and had great ambiance reminding me of my grandmothers old house. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there. We hope to make it back there again soon.

Great stay away from the crowds!

There was a lot going on in Biloxi and Gulfport this weekend but this house was the perfect place away from all that. My family and I loved the house and the ease of access to all the things we wanted to do while being able to escape the chaos!

Had a great weekend walking distance from the beach

In walking distance to the beach, casino, and many restaurants. Even being close to the casino the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Memory foam mattresses were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Old Gulfport charm

We visited from Florida, two older couples in town for a zydeco show at Ground Zero Blues Club in Biloxi. When we book this home, we loved the photos and reviews of other guests. Two large king bedrooms was our priority, but a bonus of being so close to Island View Casino. Their comps for first time visitors included $20 of free play and $20 worth of free food. The home is comfortable and clean. Our host was friendly and every amenity provided. The beds and linens were fresh and the towels white and fluffy. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. A wonderful neighborhood and we highly recommend this home if you are making decisions on where to stay. We met our host’s mom, and really fine people. Personal, helpful, and polite. Wonderful experience and as owners with rental properties of our own, this is the experience you want to have when traveling. Information was clear and straightforward. We made an effort to follow all the house rules and were mindful to leave things clean. Thank you.

Spacious Home

Big, spacious rooms were perfect for our large group. Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Loved the porch swings! Easy to get to. Good communication with host. Would stay here again 🙂

Weekend trip

My family and I came down for a Beach Boys concert and caught the tail end of Crusin The Coast. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of room, all the beds were comfortable. Communication with the hoat was easy and they were very responsive. If we have the opportunity to make a trip like this again we will definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect

Great location near the beach and casino, but still quiet. Perfect for out family to stay for a wedding. Very clean, well stocked, new grill and furniture on the porch. So nice. Definitely would rent again.

Adorable house, but noisy

Adorable house! Good location as far getting places, but very noisy. Car alarms all night and a lot of deliveries for casino. Also, sits close to train tracks.

Cozy

The property was cozy. The beds were comfortable. Beach Blvd was just a couple of minutes drive. We would stay here again. I put 5 stars on communication with the property owner but we didn't really communicate. It wasn't necessary. She sent a message with the code to get in and some rules of the house.

Great choice

The owner made sure that we were taken care of! Had trouble getting the code to work properly but the owner went above and beyond to make it right! The bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Had dirt in the bottom of tubs.

Beach house

This house was perfect for all of our vacation needs. Check in was a breeze. When we entered the house it was spotless, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, all bathroom essentials were supplied, plenty of towels plus beach towels, extra bedding and blankets and all the games and toys were perfect for the kids after a long day at the beach. The only thing I would recommend is a grill and patio table and chairs in the backyard so we didn’t have to hang out on the front porch since it’s directly behind the casino. The yard did need mowed but other then that I have nothing bad to say about the property. The beaches close to the house are wonderful, ship island excursions was like a mile away and the aquarium was 2-3 miles away.

Absolutely AMAZING!!

I wish I could leave more stars than just 5!! House is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Mgr was extremely fast to respond and give us details of the surrounding area as far as restaurants, parks, etc! Recommended Pop Brothers and let me tell you… it was AMAZING! Bedding, linens, spices, up to date appliances and super HOT water, 2 porch swings were perfect pluses. House is across from Casino, and neighbors were very nice too!! Our family of 4 was very comfortable with plenty of room. My Dad and Step Mom did visit and they were impressed also. We can’t wait to return in the future! Thank you for providing such an awesome property!

Simply Wonderful!

Needing to escape the cold, headed to the gulf for a relaxing vacation (one of our favorite vacation spots). While we normally rent newer vacation homes, we wanted to try something different, why not a 100 year old house. Furnishings inside were modern while leaving all of the character an older home has to offer. Very spacious, plenty of room for four of us. The house was perfectly cleaned and the beds were very comfortable! Host was amazing with communication. Yes it is across from Island View Casino and yes there is a train but neither bothered us with noise in the least. It was so accommodating for my 82 year old parents to walk right across the street to the casino. We just loved everything about the house and cannot wait to return. It is a shame that others renters failed to give 5 star reviews because this house and host truly deserve all 5 star reviews. Thank you so much for a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!

Everything was perfect and as described will definitely stay here again complimentary thing was already at the place felt just like we was at home everything was perfect 3 mins from dollar general 6 mins from walmart casino directly across the street walking distance very spacious beds were comfortable music games etc only thing 2 of the rooms didn’t have TVs so we had to decide who get the room with the TV lol other than that 5 stars excellence
