The view is spectacular !
We had a great vacation on St. Maarteen ! We were 11 nights at this unit (2 adults - 2 kids 7-9). The beach is very nice, long, wide, no rocks and no seaweeds in front of the unit. The beach has no shade, so we liked the shade of the three seagrapes just in front of our unit. The unit is very convenient, directly to the beach. It is gated. The view from the living room and the master bedroom is spectacular ! The pool is right behind this unit. The unit has everything we needed. It is beautiful and clean. It is close to the airport, but most of the airplanes are really small. The sound last 3 seconds and they are not much airplanes (around 10 per day, sometimes less). We were in a big hotel the first part of our vacation on St-Marteen and trust me, it was more noisy (music band - movie night outside). Simpson Beach is long and they are not much people on the beach. The location is unbeatable !
