The open-plan living area features a fully new and modern furnished kitchen with all the appliances. The large main living area combines lounging, dining, and media spaces.
The master bedroom, features a comfortable king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, safe and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom, has a new king size bed and spacious mattress, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony.

Only a 1-minute walk to Mullet Beach, one of the nicest beaches of the island, only 3 minutes driving to Porto Cupecoy with a terrific little gourmet market, wonderful restaurants, and stunning views. Walking distance to the laidback Bar Code restaurant; the Latino and Italian restaurants, and just beyond; the nightlights of Maho. 2 minutes
