This residential neighborhood with mandated quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM, is one of the most popular beaches for family-friendly vacations. We absolutely loved the location!! However one of the main bathroom sinks were not working. There is a 3rd bathroom but it’s on the first floor in the storage area and it was not easy to access.

Grandkids trip

The location of the property is amazing, that said, the property itself is disappointing. The beds are some of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on and the home was infested with ants. The gas grill did not work and I did not hear back from anyone when I called about it (was told they would have to contact owner). I would not recommend.

Overall great spot to stay

Our family had a peaceful stay. However - I would like to give our feedback, no black bags was provided for trash to be deposed in trash bend (only 1 in kitchen trash container bend) as a Jamaica beach requirement. No coffee Keurig cups to make coffee in the Keurig maker, (had only Hot Coco) no cooking spices, like salt/pepper to cook food. It would of been nice to know this a head of time if the owner and/or property management does not provide these items to the renters and for us to ensure to bring these items with your stay. Thank you in advance, in hoping to help the next booking.

Terrible house in a good location.

Fridge didn't work and was fixed by the end of our second day there. Rust stains in bathtubs, towels and sheets were old, uncomfortable. Only a couple of garbage bags for use. House smelled of cigarettes and a frat party gone bad. Floors were dirty. Door knob fell off entry door. Unpleasant property and definitely never staying there again

READ THE REVIEWS. Overall the place was ok. It’s an older beach house that has been added on to. Not quite as big as it looks online. Has plenty of bed space but not enough hangout space in the house. Wasn’t able to enjoy the outside due to over abundance of mosquitoes. I mean you walk outside and you are swarmed and covered in mosquitoes. If the mosquitoes were so bad it would have been very nice to sit outside and enjoy the views. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are worse. The dryer went out on the 2nd day of our 5 day stay and was never fixed so we had to reuse towels and ran out of rags. Dryer was never fixed even though I called them several times. A tropical storm was coming in while we were there. I received a text from the company that stated we needed to bring all the outside chairs inside Incase of bad wind. I called the company and advised them that wasn’t my job and if we brought all the chairs inside we wouldn’t have room in the house. Things the house has! Plenty of dishes and silverware. Nice pots and pans. They only gave us 4 dishwasher pods for a 5 day stay. If we had a bigger party and cooked more at the house that wouldn’t have been enough. They give you maybe 3 oz of dish soap. Overall it was an ok stay. Jamaica beach is nice and less crowded than Galveston and the water was nice. I did like that it was pet friendly.
