We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! Kathy was amazing at handling everything for us before we arrived. Everything was as expected, and we had the best time with our family fishing and boating!

Amazing!!

Communication with the owners was great. We were able to have fun and spend our getaway with some peace and quiet. It was clean and also spacious. Definitely would go back again!

This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the canal. The beach was just a short drive away. I would stay here again.

I found this place to be very relaxing and fishing right off the dock was excellent.. I would recommend this place to my closest of friends.. very nice place to be.. 5

The beach vibes are strong at this cute house. When we weren’t at the house, we were eating our way through Galveston! Fun trip all around.

Relaxing and Peaceful

The house was wonderful and very clean when we arrived. The dock was a perfect place to hang out and it was very peaceful. We caught a 14 inch trout off the dock and had a great time trying to catch the perch. Everything in the house was comfortable and it felt like home. The proximity to the beach made it easy to go to the beach and come back and have lunch at the house and cool off after playing in the waves.

We had a wonderful time. House was clean, quiet, and very cozy! Great location, close to the beach and local shops. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. Kathy is absolutely a great host and would highly recommend this property! Thank you Kathy

July 4th Weekend with Family

When we arrived the property wasn’t ready for us, after the host was contacted she was able to promptly get the cleaning crew to come clean it. The cleaning crew did great, they were really fast and left everything better. However the property needs more than surface cleaning and needs a lot of maintenance. The attic door in one of the bedrooms did not close all the way letting hot air in the room all day and night. The air filter for the AC was filthy, it had a very thick layer of lint. All of the windows had a thick layer of green algae. There were small roaches crawling through the kitchen drawers and big roaches through out the house. The host offered an extra night for the issue at the beginning of the stay but the condition of the house was so bad that we didn’t want to stay another day.

Perfect for what we needed.

It’s was a great house and great location! The views of the water are so pretty, and it was a very short drive to the beach. The house was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed/wanted. We had a great experience!

Quaint home, clean, nice size rooms, good neighborhood. Recommend bringing your own comfortable folding/ rocking chairs. Standard Outdoor patio Furniture provided isn't comfortable for long periods.Would stay again!

Great location, and we really appreciated that the home is dog-friendly. However, the house could have been cleaner. With a little more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this would be a 5 star rating. Overall - great house and we enjoyed our time there.

The perfect family get away!

The house fit our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We were 5 minutes from the beach. We were able to bring our boat and got some great fishing in. The fenced yard was perfect for our fur baby too!
