This is a 7 bedroom home, w/ 2.5 bathrooms. Each room has a queen bed. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is right across from a park, a short walk to Walmart, a shopping center, gas station, and more.

The house is a great size for large groups. The beds are clean and comfortable. All appliances worked. The kitchen dining room area was good size for large groups. Two and half baths is perfect for larger groups. Host was kind and easy to communicate with. The house could use a really good deep clean. We also noticed you can't run both showers at the same time without one being cold; which seemed odd to us for being such a large house that can hold so many guests. The kitchen could definitely use more plates, bowls, cups, silverware for larger groups. The sink in the bathroom upstairs is plugged and could use snaked.

Told 3 1/2 baths, actually 21/2. Floors dirty If were bare feet the bottom of your feet were black. Cobwebs on ceilings.

The house perfectly suited our needs. Plenty of sleeping space, room to spread out. We had great communication with the host. I thought it had 3 baths and that might’ve been my mistake, but was actually 2.5. It still was plenty for our large group.

The inside of the house was VERY VERY CLEAN!! The refrigerator and freezer and ice maker was clean. Towels in every bedroom. They even had fans in most of the rooms. Very accommodating and fit my family very comfortably. We had 5 adults and 6 children under the age of 14. If I was to complain it would be that they yard was not mowed, but we didn't have time to sit outside so it wasn't a bother. Would definitely fit a large group.

The host was awesome and the home was perfect. We had several family members come to town for my daughters senior game (WBB - GO PIPERS!) and we all stayed here together. Way more affordable than getting 7 hotel rooms and way more convenient to gather and celebrate our daughter with family and friends. Excellent property/home in a nice neighborhood!

Perfect Location, Great House, Excellent Host

A group of friends were in town for an event. The house was perfect for all of us to be together but also have our personal space. Close to the airport and freeways. We all agreed we’d stay again!

Clean, safe, spacious, family friendly

Perfectly located, spacious, clean home that is located in safe neighborhood! Close to attractions, but nestled in quiet neighborhood Owners were friendly, prompt and accommodating. Grand children loved the park accross the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Christmas stay

We had a large family gathering over 3 days. The bedrooms were all made up nicely and the two gathering spaces worked well for everyone to gather and spread out. The location was handy and convenient.

12 women from our gym ran the Night Nation 5k..."Stand Up To Cancer!" It was a great event!! The home was perfect for an over night stay as we were all together...basically we dressed for the run at the house, ran the awesome event and stayed all night and left the next day! Nice, safe neighborhood! Would recommend for a large group, worked well for us! Clean and comfortable beds.

Family Get Together

My extended family/friends and I had a wonderful experience during our stay here. The host was very accomidating for our large group and everyone was very impressed with the cleanliness and sheer size of the property. There was plenty of space for us all to move around and settle down for the evenings. I would highly recommend staying here again!

Bachelor/bachelorette get together

A place to crash for about 10 of us that went to a Prince tribute musical event with our adult kids/friends before our destination wedding in 2 months. Perfect amount of space.

From Greatgrandma to infant

The house was simply but nicely furnished. Parking was plentiful. The layout of 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 4 up a short flight of stairs provided adequate separation for differing bedtimes and needs. All the beds were very comfortable. Air traffic noise was not an issue. We were very satisfied with this property for our family stay.

We brought a youth group for the week. There were 3 big couches on the main floor in the living room near 3 bedrooms with a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the basement there were 2 full couches and a pool/ping pong table. The kids loved it! Upstairs was 4 bedrooms with a full bathroom. The kitchen was a little bit squishy, but nice. The house had normal pots/pans, a toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. There were more than enough plates, silverware, and cups. Everything went really well, we were about 9 minutes from the airport (extremely close—some noise from the airport was heard throughout the day), very close to the Mall of America. Across the street was a park and a pickle ball court. There was plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street. The only thing that would have been nice was a few more garbage bags. We were left 1 per day, but with 12 people we really needed more. Perhaps 6 total would have been nice. But there was plenty of other paper products like toilet paper and paper towels etc. Also the shower in the upstairs bathroom didn’t really get hot or warm water either. Even when you let it run for quite a while water was kinda cool. The air conditioner was just fine, very comfortable. The weather was 95-101 for the 4 days we stayed! Overall great experience and location and host! He was very fast to respond with answers to questions. Very friendly! It was such a gift to be able to care for this home for part of the week!

Bigger than pictures make it look

The home was nice it had seven bedrooms that were split 4 upstairs and three at the other end of the house. Nice size basement for the children to play games. Only issue was the bathroom could not fit a wheelchair so it was hard for my sister to use the restrooms. Otherwise a great place!

Perfect Retreat for Large Groups

Our grandkids range in age from 6 (3 of them) to 14. The teenagers loved the basement ping pong table, the younger ones loved the upstairs living room for games and tv. The kitchen was well equipped for Grandma and Grandpa to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and clean. The park across the street was a hit for the youngest ones. Thank you to our host for our “home away from home”!

We used this rental as base for a bachelorette party. We used it to get ready and sleep after . There was so much space, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were available for all sections. The sliding door was open when arrived making me a little nervous. There are code and locks on doors to the bedrooms which felt odd because once shut no one could get to you. In one the bathrooms there an open window and in the bedroom an open window. Our overall experience was very good, just didn’t like it being open when we got there.
