Great stay.

My two small dogs and husband stayed while we were in town for fertility treatments. This place was so cute, clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Absolutely Charming!

We would stay again for sure. We found the outdoor giant chess board so fun. Beds were wonderully comfortable. Beautifully decorated and the owners thought of almost everything.

Perfect

We have a family of 6 so the multiple bedrooms was so much better than trying to mess with multiple hotel rooms. Location is perfect and communication was great! We'll be back.

Very cute, clean, and comfortable house

Much more comfortable for our family than a hotel. Our preschool aged boys loved the 3rd floor room and had a lot of fun. The master bedroom was spacious, and it was nice that there were tvs in 2 of the bedrooms. Fit our needs perfectly. Nicholas was very communicative and helpful, and checking in and out was extremely easy. We would definitely stay there again!

Property was in a great location, an older house, but in very good condition. A few things that could’ve been better but was not a dealbreaker. The numbers on the house were hard to see when we drove up that night and when the porch light clicked on, it was so bright you could not see the numbers. There were only six towels for four people, so I felt like I had to wash the towels every other night. There were no washcloths available. The door knob to the red bedroom was very loose and fell off several times. The upstairs bathroom sink did not drain well and the water was barely a trickle no water pressure whatsoever in the sink upstairs. Would have liked a few more blankets or quilts available so that you did not have to use the bedspread to cover up. Really wished there would’ve been some recommendations for some local restaurants as a suggestion to go that are good. Overall experience was A. Just some of these things would’ve made the experience better. The basement is an apartment that is used, and I was not made aware at the very beginning when I rented the place that this was the case however, it wasn’t an issue. They were not a bother, but would’ve liked to have had that communication upfront before I rented.

Just let us know what you're in the mood for next time! - Basement apartment (view attached): This is actually noted in our listing description. Please let us know how we can make this even more visible up front so there are no surprises. - Towels & washcloths: We're sorry these weren't easy to find! We do keep a supply of extra washcloths in the laundry area. We'll make sure this is more clearly signposted for future guests. - Door knob: We're sorry for the hassle, and we wish you'd let us know during your stay, we would've sent someone right over to fix it. We can't address maintenance issues we don't know about, so please don't hesitate to reach out if anything like this comes up in the future; we're just a message away. - Extra blankets: We keep extra blankets and quilts in two closets as well as a basket in the third-floor room. We're sorry these weren't easy to spot, and we'll add a note pointing them out. We're so glad the overall stay was a good one, and it sounds like most of what you experienced matched what was already available

We did our best to accommodate this guest, but she allowed her dog to use our rug as a bathroom. We weren’t able to salvage it and had to throw it out. Most of our guests are amazing, this guest was challenging. We look forward to guests who read the listing before booking and respect our home during their stay.
