Great location near downtown Milwaukee. Beautiful private entrance lower level with kitchenette. Separate private bedroom with queen bed and living room with sofa bed. Large flat screen 55" Roku TV in the living room, 32" Roku TV in the bedroom and wireless internet. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper. Be sure to check out the kitchen, stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig), microwave, refrigerator, dishes, cups/glasses and utensils.

Wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at this VRBO while attending a concert, and it was an amazing experience! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the venue, making it super convenient. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area for a concert or any other event. It truly made our trip memorable!

Exactly what you see in pics and reviews!

Ann and Al were both very friendly and communicative about any and everything. The place was super clean, had everything we could need on our weekend trip (with a few extras like coffee/ snacks/chocolate), very clean. Close to everything, had no trouble getting an uber to and from where we needed to go. And we felt very safe in this neighborhood which was a big weight lifted off our shoulders!

Friendly but a surprise

Was not expecting to be in the basement of a home that they created into a little apartment. The home owner showed us to the lockbox and explained everything on getting in and out. There were house rules like quiet hours after 10pm which would have been good to know, it was NYE and we wanted to play music after our concert but we were to scared to be loud or wake up the home owner. There was also only one bathroom connected to the bedroom so any friends sleeping on the couch in the living room had to hold it until morning. Oddly there was also no trash can in the kitchen made it a bit hard to clean up afterwards.

Excellent Accommodations

Each summer two of my adult children and I go on a baseball excursion to a baseball stadium we haven't been to before. This was walking distance from American Family Park. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and our stay was comfortable. We had easy access by car to restaurants and entertainment venues. It was a great place to stay.,

everything comfortable!

Ann is so kind, informed us everything we wanted and recommended many things to do around there. That is in a quiet and safe residential area. We have a nice staying there.

Great location for AmFam Field

This was perfect for us for our event at AmFam field. We were able to walk there, saving us both time & $$. Bathroom was accessible thru the bedroom, so if you have extra ppl sleeping on the couch, just be aware. Also toilet flush is very loud. We'd stay here again!

Weekend baseball trip- 5 STARS!!

Perfect location for a Brewers game. Ann and Al have a fantastic basement apartment in their home. Exactly as advertised. They were attentive to our questions and provided great suggestions for dining and things to do. Was a perfect space for my teen age son and me. I would not hesitate to stay again if we're ever back in the area. I would echo everything other reviewers mentioned about the location, cleanliness, and communication!!

Brewers Trip

Very nice and convenient place to stay for Brewer game! Super close to AmFam Field and bars that shuttle to game. Cozy stay!

Loved the room!

Al was very welcoming. The room was perfect for my gf and I. It was clean and well furnished. Their house very close to downtown and American Family Field. 10/10. I will be staying there again.

Cute basement apartment

Tucked in a cute little working-class neighborhood near the Brewers' stadium, Ann and Al's place was the perfect respite for our one night in town at Summerfest. We loved getting to meet little Chase the Yorkie, as well as the chickens! The basement apartment was spotlessly clean and comfy. We appreciated the fluffy bath towels, granola bars, and coffee. Parking on the street was plentiful and safe. You can hear footsteps above, but that's the nature of a basement apartment. Ann and Al were very friendly and welcoming. This was so much nicer than staying in a hotel or noisy downtown area! I'd definitely stay here again when in town!

Close to Miller Park

Comfortable stay and convenient location!

Al and Ann were gracious, friendly, and accommodating hosts! They quickly responded to my messages and checked in on us during our stay. Their home is conveniently located making our time in Milwaukee even more enjoyable. We had a comfortable stay and appreciated the kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator and coffee maker.

Great place to stay while visiting Milwaukee

Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, this is a great place to stay while visiting Milwaukee. Clean and well-stocked, it provided everything we needed. We were greeted by our host and made to feel very welcome. Communication was great and thorough, including a sheet listing area restaurants and attractions. Would love to stay here again!

Great hosts, nice place

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Cozy basement apartment and a very comfy bed. Backyard even has a nice country feel to it. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to Miller Park, Cozy

Very clean and cozy. Perfect for two or three people. It is a basement apartment but nice windows so it doesn't feel totally under ground. The hosts live upstairs and are very nice! Nice area outside if you want to hang out outdoors. I will definitely stay here again.

Get-a-way in Wisconsin

We really enjoyed our visit to Milwaukee. Our host was very accommodating and was always there to offer assistance with anything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Very clean and easily accessible.

Lovely visit for college dropoff

We stayed for two nights dropping our son off for college for the first time. We live 9 hours away and were very nervous. The hosts made our stay perfect and we felt so much better about the area. We had coffee, water and granola bars waiting for us. Super nice people in a really nice home. All of the comforts of our own home. We would stay again!
