This unique unit is available with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a total of 1,000 sqft. The place has been recently tiled, painted and most appliances are new. It has new furniture and everything is updated with framed needlework and oil paintings and plenty of relaxer chairs. The kitchen has a beautiful Mexican fiesta style with a glass top stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. A very spacious master bedroom with master bath has a hugh king sized bed 2 relaxer chairs and a flat screen tv. With a flat screen tv computer desk and internet access with wifi In living room you can watch a 48 in Smart flat screen tv . There is a new front loader washing machine and dryer. There is a patio area with a private bbq and table and chairs.

The property is located about 20 min from Tubac and about 30 min from Tucson. It is within walking distance to West social center and grocery store in Continental Plaza. Various Golfing greens are from five to fifteen min away. Fine dining restaurants and fast food are also within 5 to 20 min away. Hiking and bird watching at Madera Canyon about 25 min away. GVR [green valley recreation center] is also available containing many different centers. And of course our beautiful sunny weather! There is also a big heated pool and a covered seating area for the townhouses use. Also right across from a gvr center.

Peaceful 3 days for 3 adults

Perfect for our needs.Homey.Comfortable king beds in both rooms. Large master. Nice washer & dryer.Keureg coffee pot in well-equipped kitchen.Great communication with Lori!Hope to return when we are in town again for business.

Really a nice place

Can't remember staying a a better equipped, cleaner VBRO-and we've stayed all over the country. Lori was exceptionally available and the condo was centrally located. I walked to the grocery store. If you need a place to stay in Green Valley I sure can recommend this VBRO.

Great place to stay

We have relatives in Green Valley living in a care facility and wanted something other than the typical hotel. We were pleased to find this townhome. It was the perfect size and the perfect location. Everything was as described and communication with the owner was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean & cozy

This was a nice clean comfortable rental. Beds were very comfy, pools & hot tubs were great, nice safe area. My mom really enjoyed her stay here. Only negatives was the freeway noise and the patio was right by the parking lot, so never used that. Courtyard was very nice. The keener Lori was great & very helpful!

Excellent location and home

This home was perfect for our needs. Provided two very nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and near everything we were looking to do. Lori was fantastic to work with and made accommodations for us when we had flight issues. After dealing with the airlines, Lori was a breath of fresh air to make us feel at home. Thank you for a great experience!

Spacious and Well-equipped

Property conveniently located to eateries, CVS, Safeway and other amenities. Easy access to highway 19. Unit Patio is next to parking area, complex is quiet. . Pool is well maintained. Would definitely check availability when returning to area. Hostess was very accommodating and prompt to answer questions. Thank you for a nice stay.

Our casita stay

The house is comfortable and clean overall. Two kings beds which was spacious and comfortable. Everything seemed sufficiently stocked, although we did not use the kitchen. Communication with the owner was good. Our only two complaints is that the house number was not visible and the house smelled like cigarette smoke inside. We were gone all-day each-day but dreaded to come back to the house, knowing that the smoke would be an unpleasant welcome. We would not stay here again, unfortunately, due to the smoke smell.

you get what you pay for

found dirty pans in the oven. Went to put dishes in the dishwasher and the top rack fell down. Had to make up the pull-out couch, it had water bottle caps and hair ties in it. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty. The doorway was not clean. Some good things, the shower had great pressure, The beds were comfortable, even the pull-out bed.

Not so clean

The place was close to stores. Great location from my Sister's place. However, for having a cleaning business, the place was dirty. It needs a through cleaning job. My Sister was going to check it out later this year.She decided against it. Just too dirty for her. Also, the coffee pot didn't work and had no pods either. The washing machine had a bad odor. The furniture needs updating as well. The place is a nice two bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. That was good. Will not rent again, unless I know it was clean throughly.

Bring your Patience

The property is nice and it seems safe. The door was supposed to be unlocked which it was not. After several anxious moments and a walk around the property, we discovered a side door which was unlocked. Details to connect to the wifi were on a soiled scrap of paper burried in a pile of other papers on the kitchen table and then we sort of had to guess at the correct network and password because of the scribbled changes. Communication with the property owner was a struggle due to the VRBO email that were so full of advertisements that it was hard to identify the property specific information. But the bed is very comfortable and if the owner doesn’t blackball us for giving this positive, honest feedback we hope to stay there again on future trips to the area.

Well suited our needs for this stay in Green Valley!

The risk of writing a very nice review is that others will read the review, book the property and when you try to return, the dates you want are not available! But I will take thatrisk. We travelled for a funeral and wanted to be close to the bereaved - we ended up being less than 10 minutes away. The housing association is older, but not an issue for us, but I did mark a "4" on that question about location, just in case readers were interested. For us, the best feature is cleanliness, next comes getting a good night's sleep. The property was clean, the bathrooms were spotless and the towels were fresh and inviting. And the beds had cotton sheets, and cotton blankets. Woohoo! Especially when it can get warm in the desert, we prefer cotton to polyester blends. As a result, between the comfortable mattresses and cotton sheets, we slept great every night. And the kitchen - compact - was perfect for our visit. We ate lunch at Marti's Bistro nearby (which we highly recommend!), but due to food senstivities, we tend to cook our meals "in" when we travel. We found everything we needed including several corning ware/corel backing dishes. Most rental places have minimal furnishings - especially knives - but the set was great and the block contained a sharpening rod which made our meal prep great. By the way, we did look ahead for some dates in 2022, but the property was already booked. If you are interested in Green Valley and Madera Canyon, better make plans today!

Could use some updating!

Bathrooms and kitchen are in in need of updating. Beds were nice. Too much stuff to work around. Patio furniture was rough Good location, quiet area even though it was next to freeway.

My new go to place!

Loved this rental. Clean, comfortable, with everything you will need. Store walking distance away, pool and hot tub less than 5 minutes away. My new go to place when I visit Green Valley!

Excellent location and very comfortable!

Close to the freeway so easy to get where we needed to be. Loved being able to walk to the store and grab snacks and get some activity. Very comfortable place, easy to come back and relax I at the end of a busy day.
