Spectacular Views of Hanalei Bay

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re honored you chose to spend your wedding week here and are so happy the condo and those incredible sunrises and sunsets made your stay extra special. 🌺 We’re glad our communication helped provide peace of mind in the aftermath of the hurricane, and we appreciate your understanding during the recovery. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness, and we hope to welcome you back to Kauaʻi for an anniversary trip someday!

Rachel, mahalo for your kind review! 🌺 Great photos! We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed both the condo and the resort. There's nothing quite like stepping out onto the lanai to take in those breathtaking views of Hanalei Bay, we're so glad they made your stay extra special. 🌴🌅 Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your experience. Knowing that you'd stay with us again is the greatest compliment we could receive! 😊 We look forward to welcoming you back to paradise in the future.

Elizabeth, Mahalo for your wonderful review! 🌺 We’re so happy to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your stay and that the breathtaking views made such an impression. We agree, the panoramic views of Hanalei Bay are truly something special, and we're delighted you were able to experience them! 🌴🌅 Thank you for your kind words about Laurie and for noticing the little touches, from the coffee supplies and welcome refreshments to the beach chairs and snorkeling gear. We're so glad they helped make your stay even more enjoyable. It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful pool and the enchanting walk down to the beach as well. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for your thoughtful recommendation. We would love to welcome you back to Kauai for another unforgettable getaway! 🌺💙

Aloha Joe, we’re glad you enjoyed the views and found the condo comfortable. We do, however, want to clarify a few points in your review. You contacted us about the patio, and we immediately arranged for our housekeeper to return the following morning. When she arrived, she provided us with photos of the patio **before cleaning it**, and it was not in the condition described in your review as “a mess.” We were happy to have her clean it again, but that characterization was simply not an accurate reflection of its condition, particularly given that it had been cleaned the day before. We also want to address the tone of our interactions during your stay. While we are always happy to respond to legitimate concerns and do what we reasonably can to help our guests, your communications became increasingly demanding and, at times, disrespectful. We provided you with an early check-in as a courtesy, responded promptly to your concerns, and arranged for the patio to be addressed the very next morning. You mentioned being glad to “support the economy” during Kauaʻi’s recovery. We agree that supporting the island during a difficult time is meaningful, but that support should also come with some patience, understanding, and the aloha spirit. Unfortunately, that spirit was not reflected in our interactions with you. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the property’s exceptional views. Kauaʻi and the people who call it home have been through a difficult recovery, and we’re grateful for guests who visit with patience, kindness, and understanding as the island continues to rebuild. We hope you’ll carry that spirit with you on your future travels. Mahalo!

Mahalo Matt!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so happy you enjoyed the stunning view, it really is one of the most special parts of staying here. It’s wonderful to hear the room felt just right for a couple and that you were able to enjoy the pools and the resort restaurants as well. We also appreciate your patience with the small resort snafu and are glad we were able to work together to get everything resolved. Guest experience is very important to us, and we’re always happy to step in and help however we can. We’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing stay in the future! 🌺

Aloha Cyndy, We’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed the incredible ocean and mountain views, they truly are the highlight of the condo and we're glad they lived up to your expectations! 🌴 It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the peaceful resort, beautiful pools, beach access, and comfortable furnishings. We’re also glad the complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice surprise and that you were able to relax on the lanai while taking in the breathtaking scenery. Thank you as well for mentioning the room layout. We do our best to clearly describe the space as a studio with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker so guests know what to expect, and we appreciate your understanding. We're happy those amenities worked well for your stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back to Kauai for another relaxing getaway! 🌺

Aloha Chris, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the incredible views, the resort amenities, and the private beach, those are truly some of the most special parts of staying here. We also appreciate your note about the unit layout. The space is designed more like a spacious hotel-style studio with a kitchenette rather than a full apartment, and we try to describe it as clearly as possible so guests know what to expect. Your feedback helps us continue refining that description for future guests. Regarding the parking and resort fees, those are set by the resort and unfortunately are outside of our control, but we always try to make sure guests are aware of them prior to arrival. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re so happy you were able to enjoy the beautiful setting. We’d love to host you again for another visit to Hanalei Bay! 🌺

Aloha Patricia, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, cleanliness, and all that our resort has to offer. It's great to know that snorkeling was a highlight of your stay and that our team could quickly assist with the coffee maker. Providing a seamless and enjoyable experience is always our goal. We can’t wait to welcome you back for another amazing stay! Mahalo!

Mahalo Matt! Thank you for being such a great guest to host, come back again soon!

Aloha Cathy, happy to hear that you enjoyed the space and views! Please come stay again, Mahalo!
