Beautiful 2br apartment in downtown Syracuse. Excellent value for the amount of space. Only downsides were inconvenient parking and the number of panhandlers accosting us (5 in less than one hour)! Also be advised the apartment was on the second floor immediately above a bar.

Everything about the place was excellent, was in town a couple days to check out some concerts at the fair with my two older sons, would definitely stay there again. The only issue is trying to find parking because you’re right in downtown with all the bars and restaurants and the college kids are out in full force. But that’s not a big enough negative to keep me from going back.

Clean Room, Had to shell out 2 days of parking fees for 10 hours of parking as there is no free parking available for overnight parking and the nearest paid parking had only day fees 3:01AM - 3AM.

We had a wonderful stay—clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming! It also is located in an ideal part of the city—safe with lots going on! Parking was close by and free!

We stayed here for 5 days in Sept 2026. We did not have a bad experience here and if I am in the area again, I would consider staying here. Negatives were the noise, not just the bar below but other neighbors as well. I was thankful I always pack earplugs. Parking-while not difficult to find, it was not free. The lot next door is 15 per day. No workstation or desk-with the slanted floors (old building) and the not very sturdy tables I could not use any of the tables as a desk which I found very annoying. Everything in the unit worked as it should. The washing machine and dryer (not in the unit) were disgusting and filthy. They worked and there was no charge, but I felt like I needed gloves to put the clothes in and out. Used it only once. The unit is very dark since there is only one small window in living room. (Pictures are using filters) The bed was a bit soft for my taste. The location and the price were the biggest pluses for us.

Location is phenomenal - so much is walkable, parking is easy and affordable. The apartment itself is clean and setup well. It felt like a very safe place to stay.A few things to note: it is located directly above a bar that is VERY loud until 2AM. The internet didn't work our entire stay and we were not able to get any feedback from the host, the TV didnt work well and the some areas of the apartment get VERY cold in the winter, so bring layers!

Great Location!

The location of this condo was fabulous. Never had to drive anywhere for a few days. We were within walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in downtown Syracuse

We had a great stay with Zachary in Syracuse. The property was just as listed clean, comfortable and the check-in and checkout process was seamless. We will definitely stay again with Zachary when we return to Syracuse.

Armory square visit

Location was great for walking distance to Kitty Hoynes and other places in armory square. The rental was very clean.

A night in Syracuse

The place was very clean in an old building. Great location! The room was in the middle of a lot of great restaurants and bars. The owner was great with answering any questions and very quick to respond.

Overnight stop on the Erie Canal Bikeway

The condo was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. It was a great location in downtown Syracuse. Perfect for our purposes.

It was very clean and me and my sister felt very comfortable staying there. The down side was the bar is downstairs so it was pretty loud on our 2nd night. The overall stay was good and will definitely stay again
