Take a trip to Manasota Key and stay at this secluded 7 BR / 3BA house on the coast of Lemon Bay. You`ll be a 2 minute walk to the beach. You`ll enjoy your own private dock - perfect for fishing, kayaking or organizing a boat outing (let us know & we can refer you to a local rental company!) This home is a perfect getaway for families, friends, or anyone looking to escape to paradise. There are also 2 guest cottages (1x Studio & 1x 1BR) on premise - if you`re interested in a buyout, please let us know! Read on to learn more about the house and what makes this space so special.

This house was amazing!! It was very clean and the perfect place to stay! They have beach stuff to use during your stay and there was truly nothing lacking! We even saw dolphins in the bay twice!!

Wonderful property, right on Lemon Bay! We had such a great stay at Tranquility Bay. There was something for everyone, from age 9 to 79. We set up a volleyball net in the back yard, went out on the boat, rented bikes to drive around the island, walked to the beach, and cooked some great dinners. Plenty of space for our group of 16. The property is beautiful, and Manny was so helpful. Highly recommend!

This property was a gem! I would 100% recommend this home. The communication with the host was great and the home was clean and very comfortable. The layout is unique and roomy. The grounds are stunning and the view over the bay is refreshing. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and watching a pod of dolphins fishing in the bay as well. We loved the yard area! The trees, flowers, hammock area and seating was beautifully done. The area has a laid back vibe that is both inviting and refreshing. The home is a comfortable walking distance to the bars and restaurants and to the beach. If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable area without the touristy hustle and bustle, this is the perfect home for you.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! We had a huge group, and the house was so spacious that everyone had plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and smelled AMAZING the moment we walked in. It truly felt like a home away from home.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, the bathrooms were huge and beautiful, and the dock was absolutely incredible—so much space! The location was perfect for us as well, with only about a 10-minute boat ride to Ski Alley.Our host was wonderful and communication was excellent from start to finish. They even allowed us to check in early, which was so appreciated!The only suggestion I would have is possibly having fewer bunk rooms and more traditional sleeping arrangements. Since our group was made up of all adult couples, some guests ended up sleeping on twin beds. Aside from that, we truly could not have asked for a better place to stay.We had an amazing time and would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend this property for a large group looking for a beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped home.

Great stay on Manasota Key!

Loved the location and having a dock, we rented a boat and had a great time exploring the area. The house easily handled our group of 9. Would stay here again!

The property was better than listed. Our stay was hot outside! We really appreciated how many thermostats the house had. The house was in zones. It was always comfortable in temperature. It had comfy furniture, lots of seating and screened in porch was useful when it rained. The outside was everyones favorite space. The 2 hammocks were constantly in use. I personally sat on the pier for 4 hours and watched the birds, boats and dolphins. The location was perfect to restaurants and the beach. The fire pit was awesome. Everyone sat around it at night and many stories were told and lots of laughs! I think we were fortunate to stay at the best property in Englewood.

Great location and room for plenty!

Had an awesome trip with friends and family. Plenty of room for a large party and nice dock, close to sandbars. Would definitely recommend this place and will certainly stay again.

With the planning of our wedding, this house was one of few things we had to stress over, the amount of space, offered, the beautiful property, the communication was all exceptional- apon arrival, we were incredibly impressed with how exceptionally clean, well stocked, and conveniently located this house was. We are excited to rebook and look forward to utilizing more of the amenities with a longer stay in the future.

The most stunning grounds to relax and unwind! I started and ended each day in the hammock by the bay. The dock is well lit and large. The kayaks and paddle boards are so convenient. The beach is a very simple walk across the road and the home provides all needed beach supplies. The house is beyond what the pictures can show. It is well equipped, comfortable, inviting, and perfect for large groups or lots of kids. We had a magical time and wanted for nothing. We have rented a dozen houses in Englewood over the years and this was hands down our favorite. Thank you to the owners for creating this slice of paradise for other families to experience.

15 of us were here for a family reunion and this house was perfect! Plenty of sleeping space and lots of different areas to hang out. The property was fantastic right on the bay with a dock, and it was lovely to be able to walk to the gulf. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Amazing getaway!

Lovely property. Outside is a paradise. We had fun fishing off the dock. Location is perfect for walking to beach and food! Dock was great as well since we rented a boat! Definitely recommend!

Awesome home and location!

The house was absolutely phenomenal! The location was even better!! You get the best of both worlds with the ocean a quick two minute walk and the dock in the backyard.

Pictures don’t do this place justice—it was absolutely perfect! The grounds are stunning, and the house itself is just as impressive. The coffee maker happened to be broken (which we discovered late in the evening), but the property concierge was incredibly polite and had it replaced first thing the next morning. Such thoughtful service made the stay even better!
