Great spot for large families or families vacationing together. Clean, modern and spacious. Great location. Has everything you need for a fun day on the beach with kids. No packing of sand or beach toys required. Great owner with quick responses to questions.

Fantastic Christmas Getaway

Very clean house in a great location just a few steps to the beach. Brand new appliances and utensils made for an enjoyable cooking experience. Responsive hosts.

Great family vacation

The property was great. The area was hit by a hurricane last year, but there were plenty of places open and the house was in very good order. The outside patio area could have been a little cleaner, but the inside areas were very clean. The house looked recently updated.Overall it was perfect for a 3 family vacation.

Steps to the beach!

We enjoyed a week of waking up and literally opening the door and walking out to the beach! Location of this house is perfect whether you want to walk to the beach or walk to dinner you won’t have far to go! We enjoyed relaxing in the well appointed house just as much as we did on the beach! We had everything we needed and more! Can’t wait to come back!

Shark tooth hunting, wave hopping, and sunsets.

Property was excellent for our large active group. Manasota still recovering from hurricane. Property immediately next door being bulldozed during our stay but understand this was outside our hosts control.

Great stay and tons of shark teeth!

This home, and the location was absolutely perfect! We stayed with our entire family and everyone had a blast. This was our first time at this beach and the goal was to find shark teeth and we found tons! We never found anything really big, but got over 500 teeth in 4 days with most of them being right along the shore line. The house is located on such a perfect part of the beach that there is not a lot of public traffic so that was fantastic. The layout of the house was great and plenty of room for everyone. Definitely worth it booking this place!!

Absolutely stunning property

We had a large group stay at this beautiful home and it was perfect. Views of the ocean and sunset from the porch and a super quick walk to the beach. Sleeping arrangements are perfect for multi family stays and everything was so high end and new. Had a little hiccup with the AC but they went out of their way to fix it! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Beach Home

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beach house! The home is newly updated, with everything looking fresh and modern. The location is unbeatable – right on the beach, making it super convenient for searching for shark teeth, which was one of the highlights of our trip. We didn’t need to drive anywhere – everything we needed was just steps away! The owner was thoughtful and provided all the equipment for shark tooth hunting and plenty of beach toys, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect vacation, and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Magical Memories Made Here!!!

What a fantastic experience. The hosts were very responsive from the inquiry to check out. I had a lot of questions before traveling, and they were very patient. The house is brand new, just as pictured, and the cleaning crew does an immaculate job. There are more than enough bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, and an inviting couch. Those things recline - don’t leave without trying it! The location is fantastic - steps to the beach, which is very quiet and the people that are there are very friendly. My son learned some fishing tricks from the locals, and was able to catch a couple! The beach chairs were comfortable, the umbrella was a big plus. I think I could go on and on, but overall it was an amazing stay. My family of 11 is already talking about going back!
