This peaceful home is centrally located in Danville, VA. This quaint three bedroom home has a lot of personality! Enjoy a backyard barbeque while relaxing by the pool or enjoy a game with the family in the kitchen on the new granite countertops. What makes this home unique is its simplicity. This home has a beautiful inground pool. The pool is slated to open in April. fall/winter months. We are really looking forward to your stay and know that you will make beautiful memories in this home.

A diamond in the Rough

We stayed four days for my Mom's 84th bd..This home is way way underpriced..Three bedroom 2 bath and a 4-8' pool..normally 350 would be reasonable.. I can't tell you the deal we received.. The Host answered ALL of our questions/ concerns within 5 minutes..What more could one ask for?

Property was nice clean . Was excited about the pool reason why I went with this property but it was dirty and didn’t get to use it . But maybe next year I’ll rent it again around the same time . Thanks again

Excellent Stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property while in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Averett University. This is a nicely renovated property in a quiet older neighborhood. It was spacious enough to host our large family and had a lot of amenities to keep everyone entertained. We enjoyed the in-ground pool, large charcoal grill and pool house out back as well as games in the basement and tv’s in every room. It was near the university, shopping, restaurants and the new Caesar’s casino. The host was very responsive and accommodating for requests. I would highly recommend!

Great place and wonderful host

We rented for Averett graduation and it was the perfect place for my family. Easy access to anything in Danville and plenty of space for my family to hang out! Highly recommend and we will try to stay again when my other son graduates next year!

Clean and quiet, stress free stay

Clean home in a quiet area and close to where we were spending the bulk of our time. Great communication with owners/managers. Would stay at again.

Very clean and comfortable

The host was very attentive and super friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable for 5 of us. We had a great stay visiting family in the area. The price was very reasonable compared to the hotels in the area.

A private oasis

The house is great. We enjoyed playing air hockey in the very nice basement. The backyard is amazing! Very big yard with pool and privacy fence. The lights in the backyard at night are beautiful and a great spot to relax and wind down. We loved it and already booked it again! The host is just great!

Wonderful hosts and property

From the first communication the hosts were friendly, accommodating, and more than helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and more! The house was immaculately clean as was the pool and surrounding yard. The online pictures really do not do the pool justice. It was much bigger than expected and maintained very well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when we return to Danville.

Quiet cul-de-sac

We stayed at this property three nights while visiting for the races at Virginia International. The property was recently renovated tastefully with a nicely done entertainment area in the basement. The immediate cul-de-sac/neighborhood was quiet but the road headed into The River District left a bit to be desired (older/run down houses and businesses). The River District was mostly quiet with several hidden gems, specifically we enjoyed: Golden Leaf Bistro, Mucho Tacqueria, River District Social, Ballad Brewing, and Nana Karen's on Main. We attempted to go to Cotton at Riverside Mill but discovered we needed to make a reservation :) We would certainly stay at the location again and I will be curious to see what sort of impact on the area the Caesar's Virginia will have! One small detail is make sure you don't touch any of the buttons on the SimplySafe alarm pad inside the door, we may have set the alarm off on ourselves :) Both exterior doors lock automatically to the outside when you close them.

Nice place but.,..

First I booked this place based on the listing that it indicated it could sleep 10. I had 6 men that did not want to share a bed or room. However as the date approached I contacted the property owner/manager and she indicated it doesn’t sleep 10 and that is a mishap on behalf of Vrbo and she had no control over that. So we had to make do, by using blow up mattresses that we brought with us. The property is well maintained but really lacks amenities. The downstairs tv did not have a remote and had to call the property “IT” to find out how to work the tv. The upstairs tv either had to have a firestick or mirror your phone. At the prices that’s being charged this needs to either be stated in the property description or provide better functionality for your TV’s. I was told there were TV’s in all the bedrooms, that is incorrect. The third bedroom had a monitor in the closet with no cords. Very little cutlery in the kitchen, and kitchen was not well stocked at all. Had to go to Walmart to buy almost everything including ice. Outside grill had a gas grill with a cut gas’s line which I guess was the so called charcoal conversion. Grill was filthy. Water pressure in the hall bathroom has very little water pressure. Master bedroom closet had leftover slippers in the closet, so that makes you think if the property was properly cleaned and inspected when the last patron left. Very nice remodel but very little attention paid to the small details that a patron will need while traveling.

This house was perfect for our needs when visiting people in the area. There is comfy furniture, good appliances in the kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The pool out back was very refreshing on a hot day. We appreciate the use of this home. Thank you!
