Amazing property, a true gem. Handfuls upon handfuls of shark teeth to find whenever you walk the beach. This is true paradise, you'll never want to leave. Andrew is very responsive and accommodating to whatever you may need.

The best secluded location right on the beach. Andrew was very responsive, helpful, and an overall great host. My husband and I loved this location and were so glad to bring our french bulldog with us on our vacation. We would love to return and stay again!

The house is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing beach front property. We had a great time relaxing on the beach and patio, looking for shark teeth, riding the waves and watching the sunset. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable. Outdoor shower is a plus! We had a great time and I would highly recommend this house. We will be back for sure!

This was our second time staying here, and once again it did not disappoint. We returned mainly for the breathtaking views and the private beach access—both are truly exceptional. Every room in the house has an incredible view, which makes the experience feel special no matter where you are.Evenings were spent playing Monopoly and backgammon while listening to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset—it was pure relaxation. I’m already looking forward to my next stay later this year.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property had everything we needed and more- the amenities were excellent, and the view stunning. Andrew was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality and attention to detail. We had a such a great experience and hope to return soon. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful, very clean, and appliances are new. Waking up and sitting outside listening to the ocean was the highlight for me. We had a family of 4, and the space was perfect for us. My brother inlaw loved the 85-inch TV. Beach is precious. We encountered some seagrass in the water but this is normal during the month of May. The host Andrew always answered our questions promptly. One issue we had was the outdoor furniture, including the beach chairs, they were all damaged. Beach chairs were ripped, and we were not able to use it. We had to buy some beach chairs at Walmart. They need new outdoor furniture badly. Overall, we had a great time, house was excellent, we will return, maybe next time they will have new outdoor furniture.

This is a fantastic beach location. It’s on a portion of Manasota key where this beach is private. Walk directly from the house out to the beach. Pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves for the entire Labor Day weekend.

The house was spacious and clean. Home and property were well maintained. Incredibly convenient access to the beach directly from the back deck. The view from the deck and house were fantastic. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a weekend with my 2 adult children. Easy check in, excellent location, right on the beach. House had everything we needed, spacious and wonderful views. Weather didn’t cooperate, but that’s out of everyone’s control! Would stay again and would recommend.

Excellent Place

Everything from initial interaction to check out was amazing. Great house. Plenty of room. The view is amazing. The beach was quiet and super close to the house. I can’t say enough honestly. Worth the stay for sure. We also found plenty of shark teeth!!!!! My kids had a blast.

The house was perfect for our family, kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking. Very private beach with the occasional person/couple walking down the beach. We came at night so we didn’t initially see the lock box behind us when standing at the door in the dark and thought the keypad on the door handle was the code given and battery was dead to the door handle key pad. Also the ice maker in the fridge didn’t appear to be working but these were minor things. There were plenty of shark teeth to find in the backyard but were on the smaller size compared to the ones we found north of the public parking lot down the street which has nothing to do with the property itself. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The house is just so cozy and comfortable. I loved the decor. Loved the back porch and all the greenery and little and huge lizards. The “backyard” is amazing with the shark tooth hunting. My 11 year old hunted for teeth every single day. It truly was an unforgettable experience. It’s also very, very clean. I was impressed that I didn’t feel sand under my feet when we entered! The kitchen has all you need to cook. FYI—don’t buy veg oil. There is plenty. The neighborhood felt very safe and the beach is super quiet. My daughter loved having her own private entrance to the beach from her bathroom. We also saw dolphins every day, multiple times a day. And they come close to shore, too. Cons: the house only comes with one roll of TP (unless you’re lucky enough to get the leftover roll under the sink). When i rent a house, I expect the house to come with the appropriate number of TP rolls for the duration of my stay. Especially when you’re paying seven grand for the week. ;) Just me? Another huge con for our family was the ocean water. It’s just really deep as soon as you pass the dip-down. Like deep enough where you have no footing, and if the waves are strong like they were during our stay, it’s just plain scary. That’s no fault of the house though—Mother Nature. Also, bring your own beach chairs and toys. House says it has chairs, but it’s the white patio furniture you see. We left our cheap ones from wal-mart, but they aren’t comfortable. Overall, wonderful time here.

Might be not a priority to some people but internet is for me in order for me to do business while away. The password given didn't work and I messaged host which took days to reply and only to say I wasn't entering it in right since that was the only access, I did attempt multiple times with that password with no avail. Some appliances didn't work or function properly and and I informed the host with a list. I believe the host needs to attend to the property to make sure items are functioning properly. The house was very comfortable and amazing time on the beach, which was steps away.

Making Memories

Staying at this VRBO rental was an unforgettable experience for my family. The accommodations were amazing, but what truly made our stay special was the time we spent together making memories with our grandfather. From cozy evenings watching the sunset to adventurous outings fishing in the area every moment was precious and will last a lifetime. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for our family bonding! Andrew was very communicative and accommodating as our family situation was very sensitive. He allowed us to extend and was very helpful. My dog enjoyed searching for lizards and running on the beach everyday too! Will absolutely be coming back.

Awesome

I was hesitant on renting this house because it did not have any reviews but I took a chance and my family and I had the greatest Thanksgiving. I was in awe from the moment I entered the gated property. My jaw dropped when I entered the front door. The open layout of the home allowed the most beautiful views of the beach. This was the cleanest house I have ever rented. This home was perfect for my family from the large TV in the living room for my son and husband, to the yard for my two 4 legged children. I did not have to worry about having them escaping because the property was all fenced in. I don't like cooking especially when I am on vacation but the layout of the kitchen with the view of the beach made it a pleasure to cook. The patio and back yard was very private and only steps from the beach. Even though the weather was not great I spent a lot of time on the beach with my dogs. I loved this house and will definitely rent it again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family.

My husband and I have traveled to Southwest Florida many times to visit our family in the area. This property is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in! Spacious, clean, easy communication with the owner, and so close to the ocean. It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying all that Venice, Nokomis, and Englewood have to offer. I would absolutely stay here again and again and again!

This home was so peaceful, loved the views and felt completely relaxed. Excited to learn there were turte nests in the backyard. Learned so much from the turtle patrol volunteers also able to see turtle tracks off the backyard and even a manatee. Unforgettable vacation.
