Experience the heart of Santa Fe with the historic downtown at your doorstep. This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road.

This stylish 470 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.
Max Occupancy: Two (2) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.

NO PARTIES allowed. Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM.

NO BICYCLES allowed within the unit or the indoor common areas of the building.

$100 fee for any lost keys.

$200 fee for lost parking garage access card.

Great spot located right near some of the best restaurants and not far from Plaza. The parking situation was very convenient. 100% would stay here again.

Fantastic, convenient location to all things downtown Santa Fe. Basecamp for all of our excursions (shopping, museums, fantastic dinners).The property was just as advertised, with everything we needed for our stay.

Place was beautiful and right near the plaza. Host was very responsive and informative. The space was a little small but perfect for us and had all we needed. We would definitely recommend.

The host was welcoming, gave us a lot of information for the area, and communication was prompt. The location was great. Everything was there that we needed, clean and comfortable. The parking was close with use of a tag for exiting, entering. Had a fantastic time!

Perfect Santa Fe stay

We loved the place. It was the perfect size and location close to the Santa Fe plaza and walking distance to many wonderful local restaurants and shops. We were very comfortable and the hosts gave us great tips and had good communication. We would definitely recommend and stay there again when in Santa Fe.

Great for short stays. Location is awesome. Parking is covered and nearby. WiFi is great. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Nice updates throughout unit. Living room view is really nice Quality king bed. This is an efficiency type kitchen but had all we needed. Full size refrigerator. Host was engaged and available.

I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Hawaii in my early teens. I returned to California for college. I visited my new college friend from Santa Fe one summer break and fell instantly in love with the city and moved here in 1989. My wife, Laurie, and I raised our family here. Both my wife and I are in the real estate business.

We love food and culture which is plentiful in Santa Fe. Our favorite travel destination is Europe and especially Italy (food again) where my family roots are. I love to cook having learned from my Italian nona.

We are very casual people and love to share our "city different". We are available to give you suggestions and tips for your stay.

Walk outside into the heart of Santa Fe surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, historic churches, museums and more.

On the ground floor of the building you will find some of Santa Fe's best retail stores and restaurants Tres Colores (Mexican) and Catch (Poke bowls) . Right across street and next door are award-winning restaurants La Boca and Horno. Grab cocktails and appetizers at the beautiful Los Poblanos Bar North half a block away. Enjoy a coffee or kombucha and listen to music down the hall at Remix Audio bar. These are just a FEW of the MANY restaurants in the area.

The location of this stylish and well-appointed unit is as good as it gets for getting around the historic downtown. You can walk everywhere. If you don want to walk and are without a car Uber/Lyft or the Santa Fe City Transit bus are also options. During the warm months there is also a moped service downtown.
