They provided area information from potential local traffic, to restaurants and historical sites. Such thoughtful and kind people. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jack and Deb.

Quiet oasis is in a great location just minutes from Newport. The home was well appointed with everything we needed and was very comfortable. Jack is a great host. He met us upon our arrival, helped carry our bags inside, gave us a tour of the house and offered nearby restaurant recommendations. He always responded promptly to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was a perfect fit for our Newport visit. The unit is in pretty Middletown and close to everything we wanted to do in Newport. The unit is decently stocked with cooking supplies. The beds were comfy and plenty of towels in various sizes were on hand. Early American decor added that special, homey touch. Jack, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. He provided umbrellas for all of us for rainy days and was very flexible with checkin, checkout arrangements. Don’t hesitate to book this unit!

We had a magical stay with Jack and Deb! The property is extremely well-maintained and very charming, in large part due to the historical nature and family history of the house! The beautiful backyard is so inviting and peaceful with birdsong! We had a lovely stay over our country's 250th- couldn't have chosen a better accommodation!

He is clearly invested in making sure your stay is everything you want it to be. Jack is a wonderful resource, he gives the best directions ( to stay clear of traffic, and the local spots for the best seafood around)!
