This property is a cozy cabin with lots of natural sunlight and beautiful filtered views of Lake Tahoe. This Lower Tyner home is perfect for a family vacation and getaways. This home is an ideal place to explore famous Lake Tahoe attractions: beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, and skiing. All of these are minutes away! Enjoy the lovely Tahoe summer evenings on the large lake facing deck, or drive down to Sand harbor or Kings Beach.
This home is tastefully decorated 3-bedroom 2-bath cabin home. The living room has a couch, comfy chair, gas fireplace and 55" smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cozy dining area. There is 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed in level 1. Level 2 features 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 55" smart TV; second bedroom has 2 bunk beds. 1 Bunk has a Full on the bottom, a twin on top and a twin (pullout) trundle underneath. The other bunk has a twin on the top and a twin on the bottom. This cabin home is within just a short drive to the grocery stores, bowling alley, restaurants, EV supercharger, and Sand Harbor which hosts the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival in the summer. Incline is the closest residential area to Sand Harbor. The Incline Village community has two championship golf courses. The Incline Recreation Center is open to the public with an entrance fee and has an indoor pool and sauna, lighted tennis courts, indoor basketball and racquetball courts, and full fitness center. For skiers and snowboarders, family-friendly Diamond Peak is 15 minutes by car. Other North Shore ski resorts include North star, Mt. Rose, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. For Spring, Summer and Fall visitors, there are an abundance of places to rent bicycles, boats, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment and many other recreational resources.
Please Note: There is no beach access to Incline beaches at this time. No pets, No smoking. No parties. Please note the outdoor furniture may not be accessible during winter season. A 4-wheel drive car with snow tires or chains is required when snowing. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.)
