Was such a nice place. The apartment was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. My kids really enjoyed having a pool right behind the apartment. Our host was very quick to respond with questions and very thoughtful. Would book it again.

Great Location

I loved staying at this property. We were out of the mix but it only took 5-10 minutes to get to Al the places we wanted to go.

Quick spring break trip

This apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. It was too chilly for us to use the pool but it looked really nice. Quiet development. The only reason I marked 4/5 for cleanliness was the carpets/floors could use a deep clean and we did see a bug or two. I brought this to the attention of the owner who said it would be addressed. It was about 10 min from Savannah downtown area. Plenty of room for our family of four. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant!

College visit

Savannah Stay

My family rented 3 units. Check in was great. The gate was open, and we just found our room then used code to enter. The first impression was very nice for the unit I stayed in however one unit that my daughter's family stayed in had no bedroom TV's and minimal seating in living room. It was not comfortable for my daughter's family at all. My kitchen only had 4 child plates and 4 child glasses along with 4 place setting for adults. 3 spoons was an issue. For large silverware there was 1 spatula and a slotted spoon. No Tupperware. No blender. Needless to say the kitchen was NOT stocked. We couldn't find the gate key or pool bracelets and after contacting the manager several times we did find the gate key. Never had any pool bracelets but there was an extra one in the other 2 units that my family was renting. The manager stated someone would drop off the pool bracelets but that never happened. On the other hand, the club house was very nice with tables for cards, a computer station for business or catching up on emails, ping pong table and pool table plus a kitchenette which had coffee bar. Pool and grilling area were very nice addition. We hung out there a lot when not doing touristy stuff. Hope this help you decide where to stay. I am not usually this critical of my lodging. There was basically bare minimum furniture and kitchen supplies in these units. Hardly any decorations on the walls to make it feel welcome.

Luxury apartment in a beautiful community

This was was very clean and furnished beautifully. Very nice safe community. I enjoyed the screened in porch the most. A perfect property rental for a family or just 2. Location was close to downtown and several restaurants. Host was very good at communication and checking up on us. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Place to Stat

I had 3 girls in their 20s with me and we absolutely adored this place! It was exactly as pictured all the way down to the decor and even the pool, which was 5 stars alone. We spent a lot of time in the sun by the pool and it was the perfect setting. The best host, periodically checking in to make sure we were all accommodated! This place and experience did not disappoint. It's close to several points of interests as well as restaurants and shopping.

Nice Place Well Priced

Exactly as advertised. Clean, somewhat quiet, safe, and central location. A good value. Communication started off slowly, but was overall well. Upon arrival, the cleaner had just left and the home had an overpowering smell of cleaning products. There were no garbage bags. We were told the situation would be corrected, it was not. Parking was limited after work hours. The host was considerate and professional.

Stylish, spotlessly clean place with a huge pool

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our two kids (ages 10 and 13) especially loved the large and beautiful pool - the water was cold in early April (not surprisingly), but still very enjoyable. The ping pong table was also fun. We didn't use the grill or the outdoor fireplace but that area looked lovely. The apartment was exactly as pictured, stylish, spacious and very clean. The host, Matthew, was in regular contact to make sure the check-in process went smoothly, and he was responsive and helpful when we contacted him about a few small matters. The beds were fine, the water pressure and temperature in the showers (including one w/a large bathtub) were great and the dishwasher and washer/dryer worked well. The linens included beach towels to use for the pool. The location was in a suburban area outside downtown Savannah, but the drive to downtown was fairly quick (usually about 10-15 minutes depending on the time of day and exactly where we were going) and we found parking easily, generally either at a meter or in a garage. And there's no way we would have had such a large pool and beautiful outdoor space if we had stayed downtown. The community generally was quiet. Occasionally we'd hear music from a car in the parking lot or voices from outside or upstairs, but never for more than a few minutes. Overall, a very enjoyable place to stay while visiting Savannah.
