Great place nice and clean and they provide everything you need the only thing we didn’t know going into the stay was between the Wednesday and Thursday your not allowed to park on the street at the property and there’s not any parking provided

Overall if was a decent place. The ceiling tiles need a major upgrade. No real parking for the unit. It does look like it’s in a bad neighborhood but we didn’t have any problems with the area. Close to many things to do and see. Communication with host was great. Would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Photos do not reflect overall conditions of the rental. Bathroom mirrors are placed so high anyone under 5'5" cannot see to shave, put on makeup, or style hair. Ceiling tiles are stained and ones at the back door are falling. If we had another place to stay we would have.

The area was a little sketchy. We did have someone show up at the door begging for money. The exterior pictures of the home were very misleading and we were initially a little bit shocked by the home. However, we did enjoy our stay there.

This was a great location for a charming walk to restaurants, brewery, shops, Forsyth Park. It was easy access to everything in Savannah. The bedrooms were spacious. Be forewarned that if you're short, you won't be able to get into the bed in the front room or see in the bathroom mirrors. :)

Property was super cute. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a four night stay. Great, quick communication with the host. We had a rental car and were able to park on the street directly in front of the house.

Kitchen was fully equipped. The cottage is not luxurious. It is adequate, clean, and the 2 baths is a plus. Liked the closeness to Forsyth Park. We walked everyday to local eating venues. A good value for the money. Parking is manageable.

Cozy house near Forsyth Park. Location was very convenient and the house had all the amenities we needed. Easy parking available right in front of the house.

Never really spoke with the host. Unit was not what we expected from listing. Very old, not so much dirty as old unit was definitely transformed from an older building with minimal “expense”. Would stay there again, but probably not recommend to friends or family.

Just as pictured! 3 bedrooms, and another sleeper sofa. Perfect for our group. Parking was available on the street with no issues. The host responded to any questions I had right away. All in all, this was a great stay.

The beds , all of them were broken down. No outlets in bathrooms . No ice maker . Elec in first room had wires showing. Coffee maker broke down . At least I had a place to sleep like the city and all the people were friendly thank you
