2 Bedroom, two bath 1500 SF unit with west views of sunsets
This unit was extensively remodeled by owners. It is our full time residence that we rent out when we are traveling. This unit is our home and has everything you will need and expect in a beach home. The unit is 1500 sq. ft. under air, which is larger than the typical two bedroom unit in this complex. We enlarged the guest bath, which opens into the guest bedroom and a common hallway. The guest bedroom was expanded and now has its own TV and sitting area. There is an office in the rear of the kitchen and the washer/dryer is also located there. The unit comes with all linens and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bath and guest bath both have showers. There is a king size bed in the master, a king size bed in the guest bedroom and a full size Murphy bed in the living room. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms. There are HDTVs in both bedrooms and the living room. The living room is a 70' , the master is a 39' the guest bedroom is a 42' . The lanai looks due west for fabulous sunsets that change nightly. You are so close to the beach you can hear the surf.
The property has two tennis courts and two swimming pools. The Marriott and Hilton hotels are minutes away by beach. Numerous restaurants are within short walking distance. Free Wi-fi and full size washer and dryer in unit. The Somerset complex has over 200 palm trees.

We have stayed at several Somerset condos, and this was one of our favorites! It was well stocked with towels, blankets, throws, and everything you would need in the kitchen, including a nice supply of spices. The decor was lovely. We loved the added extra of having a Murphy bed as well as the thoughtful remodel of the space — the patio room turned into a mini tv/sitting room, and a nice desk area off the kitchen. (Thankfully we didn’t have to do any desk work while visiting but it would’ve been handy if we did!). Communication with the owners was friendly, timely and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed in several other units at the Somerset condominiums and this was the best unit by far. The upgraded second bedroom and bath was fantastic! Everything in the unit was in excellent condition and can see how well it’s taken care of. We’ll be renting this unit again next year.

The check-in process was extremely easy. The unit contained all the amenities of home. Having the extra bed was a bonus. The beach storage provided everything we needed. Checkout was simple. In summary, we had everything we needed to make a Marco vacation memorable.

Weve stayed at several condos in this complex, and this one was one of the best! Recently remodled so everything felt new, fresh, clean. Very comfortable furnature (a rarer thing than one might think), well-stocked kitchen (we like to cook most of our meals), comfortable beds. A couple minor issues arose, but the host was very responsive and quick to address them. We'll stay here again!

Family vacation
We had an amazing time in a great condo! It had everything thing we needed. Mike was easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly.It was an easy walk to the beach, we saw beautiful sunsets from our balcony, and ate great food. Check-in and checkout was easy.Love Marco Island and loved this condo!We will be back!

The condo was gorgeous and very clean! Those sunsets are amazing! We had a wonderful family vacation and loved everything about it!

We moved to Marco Island to get away from Minnesota winters. We love Marco Island, the Somerset Condo complex and our home here.

We purchased this property because the Somerset is the largest size weekly rental units on the island and the only weekly rental units with washer and dryers in the unit. It is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing environment in a well maintained building. The west view is fantastic and the sunsets change nightly. Hard to beat the weather from November through May. The sound of the surf is soothing. Forget the car...take the elevator to the beach! Marco Island is like going to Hawaii without the long plane ride.
