This was our fourth stay at this beautiful property. Once again, we had a perfect time! The condo is modern, clean and well maintained. The location on the beach is really spectacular, and you are just steps away from the sand. We watched the sunset from the balcony each night. The Somerset building is beautiful and the surrounding landscape is also really nice. The location puts you only minutes away from shopping and restaurants, anywhere on the island. Michelle is a perfect host. We can't imagine a better place to stay on Marco Island. We will return for our fifth stay next April!

After many previous stays in Somerset, this time was in a different unit I was lucky to find somewhat last minute. It was only my husband and me so we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans as well as plenty of glasses, which is rarely the case. The host was always quick to answer my questions prior to our arrival and I plan to rent this unit again. The Somerset is a very well maintained property and our preferred for wonderful times in Marco Island.

Beautiful area, beautiful beach. Unit is lovely but needs some maintenance and beach equipment is rusty and worn out. Unit owner responded to me immediately when I emailed her a concern. We did enjoy our stay.

Great Marco island property

We had a great time at this condo and on Marco Island. This condo is a very short walk to the beach and included beach chairs which were very convenient to grab on the way to the beach. It also has two heated pools which were fun for the kiddos. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Marco Island!! Good property for both family and couples.
