Sleeps 5- king bed in master, 2 twins in guest bedroom and twin rollaway bed , additional day room for added space.3 flat screen TV's Internet WIFI in unit. Washer/ Dryer in unit. Full amenity gated beachfront complex, 2 pools, tennis, underground parking, bike storage, lobby, Beach chairs , umbrellas and pool toys provided, onsite BBQ area. Local Assistance and will assist with keys.

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred .

Perfect location...sat on our balcony and enjoyed beach sights including dolphins every day. Nicely appointed kitchen dishes and silverware. Spacious master bath and bedroom with nice bed linens. Newer living area furniture for comfortable seating. Lovely stay!

First time our family has traveled to Marcos Island. Check in/out was seamless. Katalina was very responsive and kind. The unit was clean and cozy. The master bed was luxurious with a very nice pillow top mattress, nice pillows and the perfect comforter. We slept very well, lol. I would highly recommend staying here. Our host also provided a laundry basket, laundry detergent, drier sheets, and all kinds of beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay! The condo itself was perfect! We loved:- Comfy beds- fantastic large balcony with great views- access to storage locker with beach wagon, umbrellas, and chairs- excellent communication with host- everything we needed for a great beach vacation This was our first trip to Marco Island and we will definitely be back!

Great location and Property

Have stayed many times at Somerset in Marco Island over the past 20 years. This unit was updated and very nicely kept. Would definitely go back next year for another week.

Host was welcoming. They had power washed that day and someone locked the door so when we showed up we had to wait 25 mins for someone to come unlock the door for us.Amenities were good. we left a list of issues with the host. Needs floor mats at the door and bathrooms. The beach equipment needs attention. cart is rusted out somewhat. one of the umbrellas didnt work. Overall was a comfortable stay. Unit is very nice
