Fab hotel stay in this beautiful Ritz property!

Classy Ritz residence in amazing property. Alberto was incredibly communicative and helpful (although we needed nothing during our stay because everything was perfect). Looking forward to returning to Ritz Key Biscayne.

Fabulous stay at the Ritz

My husband and I had a fabulous time. This is an amazing location in a room at the Ritz with every Ritz amenity available. The partial ocean view was beautiful. It is a short ride to golf at Crandon which is one of the nicest golf courses open to the public in the area. Although we did not need anything, Alberto was very communicative. We hope to be back next time we head to Miami.

Not worth the money

The property mostly appears as the photos show except for the stained chair cushion, broken toilet paper holder, and mold growing on the shower curtain. There is no fan in the bathroom and not enough places to let towels dry. My first issue was the host provided four washcloths and six towels for my family of four staying for a week. This is unreasonable and certainly unacceptable at this price point. The host told me I could get fresh towels from reception, but that was not true. Then the host took a day to respond that the delivery service would take too long to deliver more linens and I could purchase more myself and be reimbursed. There are only two stores on the key and neither carried washcloths. The second issue was the minifridge started leaking water on the floor, which took a towel to clean up. The fridge kept leaking until it completely defrosted itself of four inches of built-up ice, about a day. The third issue began at 3 am when the fire sprinkler started to drip water and left one corner of the bed wet. Overall, it is an okay place but needs maintenance. The host generally responded quickly. Check out time was stated as 10 am sharp, but the cleaners showed up ten minutes before 10 am.

Excellent vacation

If you want a peaceful, yet exciting no fuss vacation, book this unit at the Key Biscayne Ritz. The place is top notch. The unit has everything you could need, along with a good sideview of the ocean. Key Biscayne Village is one of the safest areas of Miami - quiet, yet close enough to visit Brickell Place, Coral Gables, and the other numerous Miami attractions. The host, Alberto, was fantastic. He responded immediately to any message. Overall... a 5 out of 5 stars

Great location on a beautiful Ritz property

Enjoyed our stay! Location and views are ideal. You're basically staying in a Ritz Carlton room, right alongside other hotel guests, with full access to Ritz amenities. The property is gorgeous with easy access to pools and the beach (bonus for great 4th of July fireworks show!). It was nice to be able to park in the garage and not have to pay a valet every time you want to use your car. Ritz dining options were good, if a bit pricey, but there are also many great restaurant options within walking distance of the property. Only a handful of things kept this from being a 5-star review: 1) The VRBO listing says 2 Queen beds, but they are definitely not Queen beds, they are both Doubles (full beds). This might not make a big difference for some, but when you and your wife are both tall it makes a big difference in your ability to sleep comfortably. The mattresses were comfortable, so we just stayed in separate beds until our daughter joined us on the third night, but we probably would have picked another room or property if we'd known the beds were smaller than Queen. 2) There was a minor hiccup at check-in where the Ritz had not received our information from the owner yet. Owner resolved it within 20 minutes, but its not a great feeling to get there and be told they don't have your reservation on file. 3) There were a few minor issues like a broken toilet paper holder and towel hook, but I assume those could be addressed easily by the owner. Overall great trip!

Great property, decent room

The property is very nice and beach feels nearly private (in Feb). The check in process was seamless. The room is on the 3rd floor, but has a decent view of the ocean from the balcony - was clean and well stocked. The two double beds could sleep two adults and two kids comfortably. The host was responsive to queries. Would definitely return.

Fantastic getaway

It was our first time using this property, but we’ve stayed at this resort many times before so we knew what to expect. The room was just as pictured, very clean, good amount of towels and toiletries. Very convenient with a little kitchenette that has everything one may need during a short vacation. Communication with the host was seamless. We absolutely loved our experience and will be using this listing again in the future.
