This unit is in a newly remodeled building. The apartment has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and is on the 2nd floor of a small, quiet Key Biscayne building located less than a block from the beach. The unit has new flat screen TVs in the living room as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full size with a twin trundle. The condo has its own private and quiet pool for you to relax in the afternoons. Less than a block away is the gated, private entrance to the beach where you can picnic, play or just relax by the beach.
Key Biscayne has lots to offer. It is well known for hosting the Miami Boat Show in February . It is home to the Miami Seaquarium where you can see killer whales, dolphins, and sea lions perform. You can charter a fishing boat, rent bikes or kayaks, take a hike to Cape Florida State park, or see a turtle hatch at the Key Biscayne Nature Center.

Perfect, quiet, convenience

Was looking for the perfect place to unwind for a week and feel human again. This was absolutely perfect! Quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors, easy walk to magnificient coffee and restaurants, groceries and the beach! Perfection! Condo was perfect size for the two of us, loved the pool, cable and internet, beach towels and chairs for the beach, kitchen had everything we needed; the accommodations were clean, well decorated/appointed, and modern (no old musty linens/furniture/appliances... IMHO). Loved the kitchen! For those interested in low-key stay: while it came with a reserved parking space, we went with zero intent to play tourist, we just enjoyed local amenities with an airport dropoff and pickup (recommend Uber/Lyft; taxis are twice the price). Beach and pool are a quick walk. Grocery store is just less than one city block away. The restaurants in the grocery shopping center Mestizo ($), Novecento ($$), and El Gran Inka ($$$) are all phenomenal. We went to Mestizo for coffee, breakfast, and dinner; they are great! Would love the opportunity to stay again very soon (hopefully for a longer duration)!

Great location and property

Great condo well appointed and with everything you could need. The pool is always sparkling and mostly empty. The location is perfect close to the beach and shopping/dining area in Key Biscayne. Highly recommend.

Fabulous

This property is beautiful....the location, the furnishings and the property manager. Everything was just fantastic. The property manager was very responsive, extremely accommodating, and so pleasant to work with. The condo was very well furnished with everything you need to cook meals in, chairs and umbrellas for the beach along with a bag if kids sand toys, a nice balcony with two chairs and a small table for coffee or cocktails and the beds were comfortable. The location doesn't get any better than this place. The private locked beach entrance is around the corner, the grocery store is at the end of the street and many restaurants are within walking distance. Actually, everything is walkable...the town is only one square mile. We did not rent a car but rode bikes for our visit. Thru Bill Braggs State park and the lighthouse all the way into Virginia Key for a drink and sunset. I can't recommend this condo or Key Biscayne enough. It is a magical place!

Perfect getaway for two

The unit was really clean with adequate towels and kitchen supplies. If any necessity is missing or lacking the owner, Rebecca, was prompt to respond, such as toilet paper, lol. We used the kitchen for making some meals but it is walking distance or a "freebee" ride on the app to many restaurants. It is close to the park and lighthouse and the beach is just steps away. The beach is adequate with chairs and kept clean of debris and trash. We would definitely look into staying here again.

Wonderful stay in Key Biscayne

My husband and I just completed a one month stay at this comfortable unit in Key Biscayne. The location is perfect- one block from the beach and a short walk from restaurants, the Winn-Dixie, CVS, etc. The building has a lovely pool and is very quiet. The unit is nicely decorated with everything we needed for the beach, cooking meals, working and relaxing. The washer/dryer is not in the apartment but in a laundry room on the first floor and is coin operated. Liz supplied laundry detergent. We really enjoyed our time in Liz’ place and are planning to return in 2025!

Great Getaway

Location is fine with beech access and easy walk to main shopping area. Excellent facilities - nothing wanting in the condo! I would highlhy recommend it! I had a golf cart and that was fun - no need for a car at all.

Great Condo & Location!

Elizabeth’s condo is beautifully maintained, clean, and has all the amenities you need for your stay. It is walking distance to the beach and very close to many shops and restaurants, as well as the grocery store. It is also worth nothing that this unit has a balcony, whereas not every unit in this building does. Elizabeth was also extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with when we had a question. Hope we can go back and stay in her unit again!

A very nice apartment very close to the beach. Comfortable and clean, in a boutique building. One of the few on Key Biscayne that allow short term rentals. A gem! Thank you Liz!

Fantastic Quiet Area close to MIA

Property was perfect for my husband and I to spend the week in Florida. House was clean and had plenty of both bath and beach towels. Extra beach items, like chairs and umbrellas made it easy to enjoy the beach. Beach is a quick walk down the street and had plenty of space to enable social distancing and a bit of privacy. Although the unit had plenty of kitchen wear, there are no food items (including condiments or seasonings), so if you are planning to cook you will need to get those items yourself. Overall, a great place to enjoy Miami's sand and sea without all the noise and chaos of the South Beach area.

Wonderful getaway!

Growing up, we used to go to Key Biscayne to visit my grandparents, and were so happy that my brother and his (now) wife decided to get married down here! We loved everything about the condo - it is perfectly decorated and is like a home away from home. We had everything we needed kitchen and bath-wise, and as others have mentioned, the sheets and towels are soooo nice! Walking over to the beach access point was super close and convenient, and the pool area was really nice for sitting next to, in addition to the balcony. We hope to come back in the future - Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess!

Amazing Place! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Key Biscayne was the perfect location for our trip. My husband, one year old baby & my mom were looking for a place to stay that was a bit of a slower pace while still close to Miami; and this was exactly it! The condo was extremely clean, quiet and even better than the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach. The beach was clean and the water was calm and clear. Truly ideal! The condo was filled with all the amenities that we could need; a full kitchen, fresh new towels in the bathroom, beach toys, beach chairs & a beach umbrella. We had a really great stay and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking.

Great place for small kids

This was an excellent vacation spot for small kids. Location: There is a beach and little park just 2 blocks away with paddle board rentals, and there are two state parks on either end of the island (within walking/jogging/biking distance) that have lots of little hiking trails (forest, beach, mangroves), a light house, a nature center, bike/kayak rental, and some beautiful beach. The grocery store is within easy walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and there are little lizards in the gardens everywhere (big + for kids!). Many attractions are within 1 hr driving distance (Everglades, Biscayne National Park), Key Largo was 1.5 hrs (still very doable). The Condo: The Condo has a few nice features for parents. There is a little room with a trundle bed (the kids were *thrilled* about this) and a communal pool on the property. Safety-wise, the balcony has a very decent/tall wall around it, the pool is fenced, and the furniture in general is quite sturdy. There were very few knick-knacks that needed to be hidden/secured when we arrived. There are beach towels and some great beach sand toys for the kids (check the closets). Downsides: No bathtub just a shower (but the sink is large enough to wash a toddler in), and the kids bedroom has doors with glass pane on them facing the kitchen/living space, so it is hard to do anything in the common area once the kids go to sleep at night. Other perks: The internet worked well, there is coin laundry downstairs and laundry baskets and detergent in the closet, and the parking was right out front. The kitchen had many small necessities (e.g., coffee, cooking oil, salt) as did the bathroom (sunscreen, bug spray, aloe, shampoo).
