The kitchen is well stocked for an opportunity to cook. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. This location is 5-15 minutes from just about everything on Main Street.

We had a wonderful time staying here and loved the house! Very clean and roomy and had all the amenities we could’ve needed. Our dog loved the large fenced in backyard. We loved the hot tub too!

Family friendly stay
We stayed with our 3 young kids and had a great experience! The house was clean, accommodating, and cozy. Communication was easy. I recommend this property.

Great stay
The house had everything we needed. Outdoor amenities were great. Hot tub was nice and multiple propane tanks helped make the bbq and fire pit enjoyable. Really great location as well. No complaints from us over here.

Nice location in Fredericksburg
We stayed one night for a little getaway. It is close to everything you'd want to do in Fredericksburg but in a nice residential neighborhood. Clean with all the amenities you'd expect.

Perfect girl’s getaway location!
We rented this home for a girls birthday getaway weekend and it was perfect! Great location, tons of room, and loved the hot tub! Joe was super easy to communicate with and it was overall a terrific rental experience.

Perfect for our needs. Close to town but a quiet neighborhood. Great outside space to enjoy our BBQ dinners and late night hot tubbing. Kitchen had everything we needed and owner kind to add regular coffee pot for our 4 pot a day needs. The beds were also very comfortable. Although a family gathering can definitely see this home as a bridal shower get away.

Beautiful Getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was located in a quiet neghborhood that was just a few miles from downtown fredericksburg. The house suited our family of 5 welll and the host was very responsive for any/all questions that we had.
