If you like beaches, historic district walks, close to downtown activity and your own private heated pool...you've found your vacation home. Enjoy your stay in this Ft. Myers pool home and experience all this centrally-located home has to offer.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths, close to vacation activities, walk or bike to downtown, float in the pool or bike to the River front.
It's also less than 30 minutes to beaches, baseball, golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

Our vacation home includes beach towels, cooler, beach chairs for your days on the beach. We provide all linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, toaster over, pots and pans, basic spices and lots of dishes and silverware. Grill a meal on the patio and relax in the dining room or around the pool.

Bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and body wash. The main bathroom has a tub/shower with walkout to pool area. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower.

We love to have coffee by the pool. Pack a lunch and drinks and go to the beach for the day. Stop on the way home at one of the amazing local restaurants or grill your own meal on the patio. To end the evening, walk a few blocks to the river to enjoy sunset. ☀️

We are just a text, message or call away if you have a question. We use a personal code for each guest for self check-in.

Relaxing Retreat

The rental was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and had every appliance we needed. The pool had all the things to make your swim fun. The location is convenient for the beach , shopping and restaurants.Great place for a winter getaway!

Comfy but cool

Came for a senior baseball tournament. Location was great and enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Made dinner in the kitchen six of seven nights and put puzzle together and played card games at large dining table too. very cool weather so no time in the pool or enjoying the nice deck area, but was a great pick fot the seven of us.

Excellent Choice

Our family came for a wedding and stayed the week. The home is very comfortable, clean and spacious and a perfect location. Excellent home in Ft Myers

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Ft. Myers! It was exactly as described in the listing. The location was wonderful—close to downtown with easy access to the beaches and shopping nearby. Communication with the property manager was great and everything was ready on arrival. Our teens spent most of their time in the heated pool and we all enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

Made wonderful memories

This house is a gem. It was immaculately clean and just as pictured. The house was very spacious with a nice size dining table for games and meals. The three bedrooms were very roomy and well set up. And the house was completely stocked with TP, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo etc. so we didn't need to bring anything for our 3-night stay. Thanks so much to our excellent hosts.

Comfortable, quiet, and with everything you need

We found the home to be exactly as described. The owners were very easy to work with and the home was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again.

Fall Florida getaway

I highly recommend this house. So clean and comfy. Perfect location to drive down south. Shop. Hang out by pool after a day at the beach or a day of plans. We will be back for sure. 10 star!

Will Stay Again!

Can't say enough about this rental. Clean, well decorated, perfect beds, nice screened in pool with furniture as well as a big yard! Plus, well equipped kitchen. We cooked all our meals. Open carport to pull your car in at night. Love walking along McGregor Blvd towards the Edison home. So much history in this zip code. The owner was very responsive when I reached out with questions. We will definitely stay here again on next trip.

Perfect for our purpose...

The house was great, it was centrally located to everything we had planned for the weekend (mainly baseball). It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and want from pool towels, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, etc. The beds were comfy and the decor was very cute, made you feel right at home. Vicky was easy to communicate with. If we are ever in the area again, we'd definitely try to snag this place.

Great Vacation House!

The house was very clean. Bedrooms have great mattresses and are well appointed. There is lots of room to comfortable sit and have fun with friends and family. Pool is very nice and a great Amenity to have in the southwest Florida summer weather. We were down there for a family reunion, and the house was perfectly located for us to walk back-and-forth to all our relatives houses and a very cute brewery, short walk away. The owners were always available for our questions!!! Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Great Location

Short walking distance to inlet w/bench to watch sunrise or sunset over water or go a little further and enjoy Ford Edison Estates Gardens. Less than 10 minutes to Downtown Fort Myers or take 41 to many nearby beach or hiking spots. Great kitchen with spacious bedrooms, large back yard. Safe area with great sidewalks for walking the neighborhood.

Quick trip, sweet dreams!

A baseball tournament brought us to Fort Myers for an extended weekend. This rental was perfect for two teammates and their dads. The teens enjoyed the bicycles and post-game recovery swims. The dads appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and a nice kitchen for healthy meal prep prior to the games. The owner was always quick to respond, offering suggestions for dining, grocery shopping and other must-see things in the area. Thanks for the hospitality!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. I rented the house for my family of 6, and my mom and dad over Christmas. My kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and all the beds accommodated us comfortably. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. The best sleep I’ve ever had being on vacation with four kids! I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We loved this place. It was comfortably furnished and looked like the owners had done a lot of work upgrading the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen area. And the pool and pool area… wonderful! We lived in and/or by the pool except for one cool-isn day. We had to contact the owners twice with some minor questions and they answered quickly and resolved everything equally quickly. This was a great experience.

Perfect for families!

We stayed here for our son’s baseball tournament. The house was spotless and in a great location that was convenient to everything. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook, and having the pool was great especially after long days of games. It was a great find and I would absolutely book this again when we come back to Ft. Myers.

Family and Baseball

The house was fantastic, everything was absolutely clean, loved the updated kitchen/baths, the pool was great, and the home had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there were plenty towels and linens. The backporch was a great place to relax by the pool and grill out. The description was spot on and there are plenty of items there that make the stay hassle free just in case you forgot something. There are even games for the family to play. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Also, downtown is close and very convenient to get to. Basically, even though your staying in Fort Myers, its just like staying at home! Good stuff!
