This property was a gem in the area. The location is perfectly suited between Springfield and Branson. Branson is an easy drive of less than 30 minutes, even during peak season. Waze found it very easily, even though it is in a neighborhood. All of the bedrooms were very good. It was nice to have a king bed in each room. The common room is great. The dining table was really nice to have for a larger group and everyone fit around it comfortably.The theater room was also very welcome and we used it extensively during our stay.

My second stay in this cozy home was as nice as my first. The house is clean, well stocked, and maintained, and the host Karan, efficient. My grandkids loved the game and TV rooms.

Everything about this stay was so easy. It is a very comfortable, clean, well-appointed house. The kitchen had all we needed. There is also outdoor dining and a grill. The property manager replied to our messages in a very timely manner. Thanks for this hidden surprise right in central Ozark! We definitely will be staying here again.

This home was perfect for our plans. Kitchen was so fully stocked it was surprising with all it offered. Beds and pillows were perfect for us. Better than any other vacation rental during recent years. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting this area. Easy communication with owner who kept in contact to the end of our stay. Wonderful property

Fantastic property! Very accommodating hosts! They went out a bought a pack and play for our stay! The kids loved the game room and the house was set up great for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful new home

The house was excellent and the owner was always in constant contact if I needed anything. We stayed here for my son's wedding and was excellent for entertaining with a patio and grill.

Amazing House

We loved our stay in Ozark! We got married in Springfield and having this house to come back to was amazing. Karan was very communicative and made one less thing to stress about on a very stressful weekend. Highly recommend staying at this house if you are in the Springfield/Ozark area!!!

The House was great for my whole family from 78 years old to 1 year old. All the rooms had king size beds which was a plus!! And a long dining room table we could all sit at. The game table was a hit for the young and the old!! It was a good location for us to go to things we had planned in Branson and also in Springfield. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Easy Communication and easy access to get into the house. We would stay here again if in the area!!

Annual trip to the Ozarks

Myself and 5 of my close friends were in the area to ride some Ozark back roads. The riding did not disappoint and neither did our stay at this awesome home. Easy peasy!
