The home provides a comfy feel, is beautifully decorated, & ready to host you! Hang out in the living room in front of the fireplace, make s'mores around the bonfire, or head to the beach (walking distance) for a swim in the lake. There are 2 restaurant/bars walking distance & a GREAT donut shop very close. DT Lexington offers shops, parks, entertainment & more & is a 5 min drive north of here. Great spot to take your loved 1 or go for a double date-cation!


Quiet neighbor near Lake Huron

The beach is walking distance, however you will need a car to venture out of the neighborhood
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 2 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
