Step into a **cozy and inviting retreat**, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. This **3-bedroom, 1-bathroom** home offers **comfortable sleeping spaces**, and the bathroom features a **tub for a relaxing soak**.
The **fully stocked kitchen** has everything you need, including a **coffee pot** to start your mornings right. Gather in the **indoor bar and hangout room**, a perfect space for unwinding, playing games, or enjoying a drink. Plus, the **washer and dryer** make longer stays a breeze!

HOUSE RULES:
- No more than 2 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
