Located in North Forest Beach, this cozy villa offers
beautiful Pool & Oceanviews. Ideal for small families or a
couple looking forward to spending the day at the Beach
or the Oceanfront Pool & Baby Pool. This 525 Sq. ft.
tastefully decorated villa includes a bedroom with Queen
bed, Flat Screen TV, Full Bath, Living Area with Sleep
Sofa and Flat Screen TV, a Fully Equipped Kitchen &
Washer and Dryer. A Private Oceanview Balcony is
located off of the living area. Walk easily to Coligny Plaza
which offers more than 60 shops & restaurants & be sure
to stop by the ever popular Tiki Hut. Free WiFi. ** There
is NO Landline in this villa, guests are advised to use
their cell phones if necessary.

Nice place for 2 people, great location

My husband and I visited Hilton Head for a golf vacation, this property was very nice. Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Plenty room for 2 (bathroom very small), I wouldn’t recommend any more than 2 people stay in this size unit.

Fun spot

219 Breakers

The mattress was like sleeping on plywood. Other than that, which is a very easy fix, was very satisfactory. The shower leaks by the toilet also. Better get that taken care of fast before major issues arise.

Winter reprieve

After 3 months of our first winter in Michigan after 17 years we needed the sunshine and warmth. Our trip to Hilton Head was just the ticket. Enjoyable walks on the beach in shorts or a swim suit. All the restaurants and activities within walking distance from our condo. A module for next winters getaways

Past due great beach week!

Great stay!!

This condo was great for my husband & me! It was small so I definitely recommend just a couple or a couple and a baby/toddler. It was clean and well equipped for what we needed. The pool/beach were packed everyday but that is to be expected given the holiday week. I have stayed in other condos at the Breakers in the off season and it isn't as crowded. Being across from Coligny is great. We only got in the car 2 days! We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great condo right on the beach

It was good

It was a good trip. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping but also by a public beach access so the beach is busy in that area. The condo is very small which was fine since we didn’t spend a lot of time in there. the check in process was good and the place was clean. My only complaint is that there is no oven in the condo. Under the stovetop there is a dishwasher which was odd. Overall it was a good stay

don't stay in this unit!! RUN!

the pictures online were nothing like what is reality. It showed twin beds, but had none. at 57 and 75 years old, we slept on the floor. the unit was so dirty when we arrived! we swept up 3 dust pans full of dirt and sand. the tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in YEARS!! stained and dirty!! disgusting! most miserable trip we've ever taken!

Reviewer Comments: my condo was unkept and unsafe, the cable cord was laying on the ground right in the walk away of our door and was a tripping hazard all week (and we have 2 little ones). The whole place dirty and bathroom was disgusting! No blankets or sheets were provided!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Breakers and have stayed in several condos there. Fantastic location, restaurants and ice cream, shops, grocery to walk to. This condo was very well maintained and outfitted and attractive. Everything worked, clean, comfy bed, even a fast draining tub. Chairs on balcony tall enough to see over rail. Balcony shaded mid-afternoon on. A Keurig coffeemaker would be a plus. HOA needs to replace boards on balcony. Getting second elevator working would be a plus too. Unlocking door by code instead of key would be nice.

Quick getaway

We have been coming to South Forest Beach for nearly two decades, but this is the first time we have stayed at Breakers. The location is great, within walking distance to anything you need and on the beach. The building has new elevators which was nice. The condo itself has nice ocean and pool views. I was pleasantly surprised that the pool was actually heated and people were in the water the end of March. The inside of the condo is dated and needs some updating and electrical work. The kitchen has enough dishes for a couple or small family. There were a couple of items brought to management's attention that hopefully are addressed but nothing that would make us leave. The bed is firm but still comfortable even though I prefer a softer mattress. You have to wear shoes or slippers because your feet turn black from the floors. Two things to mention; the tv is not a smart tv and there is no oven in this unit. We might stay at Breakers again but probably not this unit. The management team was fantastic and very responsive.

We love The Breakers

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat visitors to the Breakers but this was our first time renting through Sea Turtle Getaways. They were very responsive and lovely to work with. I will highly recommend them. Easy key pick up and return. The bed was comfortable, sofa too. Nice TV's, lots of extras were found in the kitchen. The owners have done a nice job in the condo. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the unit. The walls in the bathroom and hallway were covered in dust. I realized that the dryer vent had not been cleaned for some time. I emptied the screen and ended up clearing lumps of dryer lint from inside the unit itself. Not a big deal but a pretty big fire hazard. The kitchen was very well stocked but I had to hand wash EVERY single plate, cup, fork before we could use them. There was still food and grime on everything. Maybe the dishwasher wasn't doing its job, but the housekeeping staff should not have put away dirty dishes. I hand washed during our week as the inside of the dishwasher was pretty gross as well. We had a wonderful week at the beach and I am sure we will stay at the Breakers again. We will use Sea Turtle Getaways again. I would just recommend letting the housekeepers know about their oversights or hiring a new team.

Nice complex, condo not so clean

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex is in a great spot right on the beach. The condo was very dated have not upgraded in quite awhile. The cleanliness of 219 was not up to standers and had not been deep cleaned in I don't know how long. The couch in particular smelled horrible and you can tell they had not dusted the place by looking at the ceiling fans packed with dust so much ir started to accumulate on the pop corn ceiling above it.I would not be renting 219 again.

Nice Condo but still disappointed

Walking into the condo I thought it was one of the more attractive condos we’ve stayed in at The Breakers. However after being there for a short while I noticed how dirty the floors were a good inch away from the baseboards … I mean REALLY DIRTY! The toilet paper holder is also pulling out of the wall. For the most part we enjoyed the condo. Obviously this unit is owned only for rental purposes and not for the owner to use., otherwise it would be kept better.
