Exquisitely renovated 1 queen BR/1 BA condo, with additional built-in hallway bunkbeds and a queen sized sleeper sofa. The Breakers is an oceanfront property, in the heart of the much desired Coligny area! Nestled in between Pool Bar Jim's and the infamous Tiki Hut on the beach. This unit has been recently renovated (finished December 2022) from floor to ceiling, with high-end finishes. Brand new on the rental market, starting March 2023.

Dirty apartment

The bathroom wasn't cleaned. Dirty shower and tub, dirty toilet. Dirty floor in bathroom. Bathroom mat was not swept. The queen bedroom sheets were dirty with blood stains on it. Pillow cases weren't cleaned. My husband and i cleaned for over and hour. The chair in the living room was dingy. Bad experience staying at these places when the cleaners poorly do their hibs. and I cleaner

Perfect unit for small family

This unit was very clean, updated, close to coligny and the beach and exactly as described. It’s perfect for a family of 4-6 with smaller sized kids for the bunks. We easily communicated with the owner and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great trip!

RBC Heritage Trip

Great location on to the beach, close to restaurants and the shuttles to the RBC Heritage golf tournament. Lots of space in the unit for me and my family.

Place was as nice as it looked in VRBO. Super clean! Very convenient to walk to beach, eating, coffee, shopping.... Had a great stay!

Hilton Head Happy!

We enjoyed our recent stay at 201 Breakers Oceanfront. We were visiting friends in Bluffton and decided to stay on Hilton Head to blend some beach time into our trip. The condo was clean and comfortable. It gave us easy access to the beach, bike rentals, restaurants, live music, shopping and beautiful walking paths on North Forest Beach Drive! Great stay!

Perfect getaway

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Hilton Head Island. Close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Condo was spectacular and looked exactly as the images showed. Hope to visit again in the summer months!

Fantastic getaway!!

We love HHI and desperately needed a weekend away before school starts!! This place did not disappoint. Newly remodeled, very clean and steps from the beach!! Right in the middle of it all, walkable to the shops at Coligny. The host was friendly, easy to get a hold of and super responsive. Would highly recommend!!

Very clean little place

This was a great place for me to stay with my 3 kids. We wanted one last trip before my son goes to college. The space was very clean. Great location!! We could walk to the beach and to get food! We didn’t have to move our car at all! The beds were comfortable and the owner was very responsive and kind! Great stay!

Had everything we needed!

As a family of three with a toddler- it had everything we needed. It was clean, and close to everything in town. Our daughter loved the kiddie pool.

Wonderful and convenient

I really enjoy the closeness to the beach. There was an issue parking at the condo and this was not in the description of the property. Therefore, you will need to be sure your whole family travels in one car. They won’t allow more than one parking space per unit. Overall the condo had everything in you need to have a wonderful time. There are no closets to put up your clothes either. Just be sure to know all this before you stay here.

Perfect location!

Clean and cute condo In the middle of everything! We parked the car and walked to everything- the beach, restaurants, grocery, shopping and entertainment, yet very quiet at night. This condo was sparkling clean and the host was very patient with all my questions and very responsive. I would definitely stay again.
