Exquisitely renovated 1 queen BR/1 BA condo, with additional built-in hallway bunkbeds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Breakers is an oceanfront property, in the heart of the much-desired Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head. Nestled in between SeaCrest Resort (Home of famous Pool Bar Jim's beach bar) and Beach House Resort & Tiki Hut. The Breakers is located within a short walking distance to many south end area shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, and activities.

Perfect place to sneak in a few days early in advance of our weekly rental in N Forest Beach. Location is ideal with an easy walk to almost anything you need.

Pool is small, but the condo is nice. Can barely see the ocean (which was fine for us). Great walking distance to everything. Check-in and check out was great

This is a wonderful location and Renee an excellent host. The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed it immensely and plan to return. It was perfect for a couple!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo at The Breakers! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and Coligny Plaza.The condo was well-maintained, nicely decorated, and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated how easy it was to access the beach and enjoy everything Hilton Head has to offer.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hilton Head. We would definitely love to come back!

Ive stayed at the breakers before but not this property specifically. It isn't ocean front like some of the others but it is newly renovated and has most everything you could want for a easy beach trip. The owner is very easy to contact with any questions. One thing is the master bedroom faces the side of coligny where the tiki hut is so it can be kind of loud at night until about 10pm but the bunkbeds where my daughter slept didnt hear it and that was the most important to me. Not an issue with the unit itself, just good to know regarding location and preferences. I would def rent again.

It was small. But it was ok! The bathroom shower door is not shutting all the way and would come off track. The elevator broke down twice which caused us to have to walk stairs or walk all the way from the front elevators. We love the breakers so that was a bit inconvenient.

We had a wonderful visit and will definitely be back! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. We absolutely loved how it was just steps from the beach and it was in walking distance to all of Coligny plaza. We would recommend it to anyone!

Great stay!

The property was wonderful and the owner's were great to work with! We got there a couple hours early and the owner's were great about letting us know when we could get in, even though it was before check-in time. This was a great location; easy walk to the beach, and to some shopping and food/ice cream. The property itself was very clean and well stocked.

Be careful when entering the driveway the entrance has a very large hump. My car going as slow as possible bottomed out bad. I’ve never bottomed out anywhere before. Also no ocean view from our side of the property of course. But very nice stay I would recommend and am planning a future stay. With a lifted 4x4 lol.

Place was as nice as it looked in VRBO. Super clean! Very convenient to walk to beach, eating, coffee, shopping.... Had a great stay!

Perfect getaway

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Hilton Head Island. Close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Condo was spectacular and looked exactly as the images showed. Hope to visit again in the summer months!

RBC Heritage Trip

Great location on to the beach, close to restaurants and the shuttles to the RBC Heritage golf tournament. Lots of space in the unit for me and my family.
