PARKING PASSES are now to be obtained from Security Guard on duty...If hes not around just put a note on your Auto's Dashboard with Unit # 133 and dates youll be staying. Then get a pass when you see security on duty..

Wifi is provided by the Association so if its not working youre probably better off asking someone else whos staying at the Breakers if they are connected and if they know anything .. Its very rare that the wifi goes down but it has happened a couple times in the last 3 years.

The Breakers complex is a direct oceanfront complex. Directly across the street is Coligny Plaza ( Google it Great Place)... which has shopping, theater, restaurants, coffee house, bakery, toy store, groceries, pharmacy, and everything you could possibly need during your stay within 50 yards.

This location is so incredible, we were able to walk everywhere for the week(to the beach, shopping, food, and a park)!Great location, perfect condo for a small family.

The owner responded promptly. Walk to the restaurants, grocery, and the beach. Things were as described on the posting. Enjoyed our stay!

Great property & location!

Our stay at Rob's property was absolutely perfect! The villa was very clean had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation!Host Rob, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a costal get away!

Cute little Condo

It’s a cute little condo that you can relax in and super close to the beach, like a 1 minute walk. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was the off season but everything was clean. It’s also walking distance to the shoppes and Bad Biscuit which is an amazing plus!

Perfect little getaway

Love being able to walk/bike to coligny plaza and close areas. The balcony has a great view as pictured. Will come back again!

A lovely time

Such a lovely little apartment right on the beach! We had a great time and were comfortable in the space. So convenient to tons of restaurants.

Fantastic location

This place is on the beach with everything you need within walking distance. Perfect for the 2 of us. The condo had all the essentials for cooking, cleaning and bathroom which was very nice. We would definitly stay here again.

Beautiful Mother's Day Weekend Getaways!

Property is inna great walking distance away from everything and on the beach. The local HH Piggly Wiggly is right across the street. Great restaurants and bars that serve food and drinks on the beach are in the condominiums on either side of you.

Perfect for our Visit

My grown son and I needed a clean and well equipped place where we could see and hear the ocean. Our trip was primarily for a service at the Beaufort National Military Cemetery … the ocean part of the stay was for some respite time after the service. And this condo was perfect for us! Very clean and updated with Coligny Circle shops and restaurants also just a few steps away. We will return!!

Perfect small HHI getaway

Very clean and GREAT location! Beach and pool quick few steps. We loved having Coligny right across from us. One small issue which owner was very quick to address. Queen size sleeper sofa was perfect for my 16 yr old. Bunk beds def for smaller children. Would book again and recommend for a party no more than 4.

Good location

Condo was small but comfortable.Two adults & children would be fine. Clean. Looks over pool. Close to beach & Coligny. Unless you are hung up on a better beach view, first floor has the advantage since there are no elevators. WIFI worked well.

Great location

Can’t beat the location - short walk to several restaurants and of course the beach. The cleaning crew didn’t finish cleaning until 5pm on check in day, that was the only glitch. I think Saturday is a busy day for them. The place is small but cute - with it being right on the ocean we didn’t spend much time at all in the unit. We appreciated the parking lot security guy - he was friendly and welcoming. Owner super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We love the Breakers!

This is our 2nd stay at the Breakers. We love the Breakers. The location is great! Groceries, restaurants, shopping are all within walking distance. This condo is great! We had a little issue at check in. It had not been cleaned yet, but we called the owner and he got his crew out there ASAP and kept me updated via text. I had another question about Wi-Fi and he responded immediately. The condo is updated and very nice! One suggestion. A few more hooks or another towel rack would be helpful! We will definitely look to book this condo again for future stays at the Breakers!

A couple of things

Better furniture in bedroom with solid surface, water glass fell over during the night sitting on what looked like wheel spokes. Access to the beach was a problem and dangerous as walkway was closed for what appeared to be painting although very little was going on. Tripped and scrapes from the vegetation. Walkway could have remained open.

Wonderful location and Breakers property has lots to offer

We stayed at this unit for a week at the end of June. The property as a whole was well maintained and is right on the beach. It is a very kid friendly complex and was quiet at night/early morning. The beach is beautiful and although it's crowded with the public beach access next door, it is large enough to spread out and find your own space. Pros- Property Location- It is within walking distance of tons of shopping, restaurants, groceries, basically anything you need is only a block or so away. Security- There was security when you entered the parking lot checking parking passes and they also frequently walked the property. There is an elevator available although the property has multiple sets of stairs all side making it easy to access all units. Pool- The pool was maintained by a local pool company that was there every morning cleaning and checking the water. Large covered parking stalls Unit had- Lots of kitchen utensils Extra blankets for all the beds if needed Washer and dryer in unit Came stocked with some essentials (T.P. paper towels, paper plates, plenty of bath towels) Cons- Patio door- is almost impossible to open. Our 12 year old could not open it and we struggled to open and close it. This is a fire hazard! Couch- The couch is so old and is terrible to even sit on. The whole thing leans forward so the floor was more comfortable to sit on. Being a small unit this is the only place to sit other than dining chairs. Bathroom vents were covered in black mold and entire unit had a musty smell to it. We would hands down stay at Breakers again as the property was perfect for our family vacation. I would however choose a different unit that was a little more updated.

Great Spot

Although being on the first floor didn't have a great view of the ocean, this condo is great for walkability. Unit is tight on space wouldn't recommend for more than 2 people. Had a great time on Coligny and Rob was great to work with.

Spring break

The location of the condo was excellent. The beach and pool is right out the door. Coligny Plaza with all its shopping and restaurants and grocery store is right across the street. It was so convenient. The condo could use a good update but given that on a beach vacation you are not hanging out inside, it was fine.

Hilton Head Island truly is a paradise! My family considers it a home away from home. YOURS WILL TOO!
